    I took your pancake recipe, which is a game changer, and modified the recipe a little and changed the cooking method. Instead of making the pancakes the traditional way I doubled the ingredients and just poured the batter into a casserole dish. Bake at 300 for 25-30 mins until done. Square pancakes or cake like thing. Cut into servings and have breakfast for the next day.
    I was worried about blood sugar spikes due to the flour but it only increased by 20-30 points.

    The pizzas and breads you make look insane and I need them in my life immediately 😍.
    I like baking bread from scratch so those are right up my alley.
    I need all the protein I can get because I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis which has caused some muscle wasting (who knew? It apparently is a thing though unfortunately).

    Yeah with the pancake thing a lot of people don't like to cook though. They want like easy 2 or three ingredient meals that they can make him like 5 minutes. That's why I could never make the protein bread. I don't like having to spend like 2 hours making bread. If you sold them online I would buy them from you but I would never make them myself.

    • @Gorillacopter
      @Gorillacopter ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Sounds like you want a subscription service where they mail you something to warm up in the microwave. A 2 ingredient meal sounds pretty sad.

      @williammclean6594 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Gorillacopter no i like will tennyson recipes bc they like 2 ingredients and take like 5 min aside from cooking time. no sub food is nasty af and expensive. i can spend 10 minuets cooking but on the protein bun video so much proofing it take over 2 hours im not gonna do that.

      @Exercise4CheatMeals  ปีที่แล้ว +13

      But the bread actually only takes 15 minutes of actual work. I sit on my butt or go to the gym, etc while it is rising in a bowl in my kitchen. However, 10-15 minutes recipes arent the focus of my channel. I would rather put a little bit more work in to get a boatload more flavor. I plan to make some shorter recipes in the future though.

    • @williammclean6594
      @williammclean6594 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Exercise4CheatMeals yeah I guess I could give it a try when I'm on my weekend off from work. I'm just really impatient because I'm mostly inside all day working and I like instant gratification but I've always been incredibly impatient. I've tried making bread in the past and I hate having to wait for it to rise. I'm like that with cooking too. I just don't like to cook for very long. I just like to throw stuff together and then eat it.

      @@williammclean6594Don’t get me wrong.. I love me some Will. However, he’s not a dedicated cooking channel. You’re not really comparing apples to apples. While I don’t feel like the recipes on this channel are hard to make, I’m definitely into more “homemade” recipes. I’m not an open a jar of sauce kinda person. While I appreciate a good quick recipe from time to time, this channel is much more my speed. I’d rather spend a lil extra time & get something I can really enjoy. Being different is what makes the world go round. To each their own! Also, he does often give a “good, better, best” version of recipes.

    Hey man, I'm wondering what you think about the study on increase clotting and strokes in people who are consuming Ethryitol. Considering that most of the recipes you're using substitute this for sugar.
    I have genetic predisposition to heart issues, and I just straight up don't feel comfortable eating this stuff because of these recent studies.

    • @Exercise4CheatMeals
      @Exercise4CheatMeals  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey man. I have commented on this one several times, at this point I will just refer you over to Dr. Layne Nortons video on it. The study wasn't based on erythritol consumption at all. Of course, you can always choose a different sugar substitute that makes you feel more comfortable consuming. Hope that helps.

    Psyched to try the pancakes, Nick!
    Am I right that these can be made ahead? The cookbook says "Transfer finished batter to a plastic gallon bag and when ready to cook, cut the
    corner of the bag off." This should be around 3:08 😀

    • @Exercise4CheatMeals
      @Exercise4CheatMeals  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey!
      Can't wait for you to try them!
      These need to be made as soon as the pan is hot and ready to make sure you get the fluffiest, most succulent pancakes possible. The air that was whipped into the batter will start to deflate over time. I say when ready to cook because if you need to wait a minute or two for the pan to preheat and you cut the tip off the batter will leak out everywhere.

    • @Exercise4CheatMeals
      @Exercise4CheatMeals  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      However, I am sure you can make these, freeze them, and reheat them for when you want to eat. I just never tried it so I dont have specific directions for doing so.
