If you use method 1: incubating them in water, it will take about 10 days. If you use method 2: placing them on damp filter cotton, the fastest was 6 days. I feed them potato water and powdered fish food.
sorry i'm new to this and pretty sure i just picked out a couple of golden panchax eggs from the tank, so the damp filter cotton isn't kept in the tank, you can just leave them on the side? At moment i've just put them in a plastic hatchery in the tank with an air stone, wasn't sure what to do. thanks
You can, but from my experience, the eggs take a bit longer to hatch when they are fully submerged. There is no huge difference in the fry quality produced. I prefer the exposed cotton method as I can inhibit fungal growth a lot easier
There's a fish war going on I have a male pro-democracy/pro-taiwan paradise gourami named (BLUETIGER) he will be breeding with a female fighter plakat bettafish the babies will be trained in self-defense against those republican/gop gold killifish your fish are backed by the south American leaffish . How long does it take from egg laid to egg hatch?
And when & what do you feed the newly hatched fry?

@@stevexavier5260 Malaysia. Here we have one very similar to this, but its fins are bluish, and it has a white spot on top of its head.
The Golden panchax are rarely sold in shops. There is a season, maybe once every few months.
Can I use this method for aplocheilus armatus
Yes, you can. It's a bit tedious, but you'll have a higher rate of hatched fry. Let me know how it goes
Whats with the music?
