Dear Ok Tested team. I love your channel alot but I miss the older videos. I know change is good but you could have continued few series such as
1. Insult face off
2. Quizes on basic knowledge and sometimes Bollywood
3. Science vs commerce vs arts
4. Cook offs
I loved that trip to Mukteshwar video alot. You could try that as well.
And one of the obvious thing is that we do miss some of the older anchors as well.

For people from the northeast who are currently living outside - Pak choi is an excellent replacement for lai patta next to the Mustard green.. So next time you make Ghalo/meat congee/or any soup use this.. You gonna absolutely love it.. :-)
Pak Choi/Bak Choi is also used in a lot of asian cuisine, like ramen and Vietnamese noodle soup/Pho.

Hi, I've been following Ok Tested since its budding days. Recently, I'm seeing a lot of negative comments that Ok Tested has lost its charm, missing the old anchors and so on and so forth.
This message is dedicated to Ok Tested saying that I don't know what is wrong with the viewers. Honestly, I don't see your quality going down or anything as such. It's good to see you all are experimenting something new and it feels good to watch you all. You people are literally my mood uplifter. Whenever I watch you, I feel at home. Keep doing your best and things will be fine. I really like the new anchors and feels like a breath of fresh air. I love you all ❤️
And to the people, please support them. Learn to appreciate new things, stop whining about what's not there and motivate the new anchors. They are doing a great job.

I got Pak Choi/ Bak Choi very cheap on Bigbasket. It was like 40-50 rs for 250 gm used in Pho or Ramen. Chinese cabbage for kimchi which was also like 160 rs for 500 gm. Even Leeks or scallion is used for chilli oil noodle or ramen or in noodle soup dishes was also like under 70 rs.
I have chinese cabbage, pok choy and asparagus growing in my garden🥰
And yeah having pok choy without anything else can be weird to taste but it pairs good with meat, soup, tofu etc.

Would really like to see some bloopers/ scene behind the camera. How someone comes up with a new-idea, how do you chose which anchor/cast to go with, what are some of the scenes which do not make into the final cut, how the crew reacts to the anchors from behind the lens basically... Is it really "the_dream_job"..?!

Pea aubergine is mainly northeastern vegetable.. Locally it is known as " khamkha" It doesn't taste that bad when cooked properly with proper ingredients... 😗

That pea aubergine , is so common in Arunachal pradesh and it does taste a bit bitter, but we usually eat it with dry bamboo shoots and chills , and we love it ....

Pea aubergine is actually one of the locally available and eaten vegetables of Assam, mostly eaten by the different tribes here.
In tamil it is "chundakai"

I didn't know that pea aubergine is a exotic vegetable... It's everywhere in Tripura... In my language it is called as "Begulbiji"... And i can feel you 😂 i can never imagine of having it boil/stir fry alone.. We always prefer to have it with chilli dryfish chutney.
We call it "Kutma" in Jharkhand and it kind of grows on its own. We eat it quite often.
It's available in Nepal too

Pea aubergine is also known as turkey berry, easily available in different parts of northeast. I personally love fry, chutney with dry fish and boil with meat.

Butternut squash is so common in the UK. It costs approx 70-80p (Rs.70-80). Bahut cheap hai aur aise hi pada rehta hai. This is an alternative to pumpkin because pumpkin is expensive in Indian stores 😬😬

in Arunachal pea wala exotic veg is very common here ..it grows in jungle here n there n we loved it .n ..all the orders veges like Chinese cabbage we eat raw n it's delicious

Bok choy, pea aubergine and Chinese Cabbage are so cheap in Assam since they are now locally grown. Similarly butternut squash are extremely cheap in Shillong compared to the ones you bought. Just you have to know the area where they are sold. Also in these defence of some of the veggies, they haven’t been made the right way. Loved the video 👍👌

In our Jharkhand, people grow Chinese cabbage and they sell in 20rs. for each bundles..
Pea aubergine - we call it 'kutumba' in Jharkhand. A wild vegetable rich in iron. It taste a little bitter but satisfying.
If u cook it for very long time till it become super soft then smash it n cook it with bamboo shoot or ginger for another 20 minutes the bitterness go away its a traditional food of arunachal pradesh NE
@@mlplayer7432 yes we do smash them first to remove their seeds, especially the hard ones. N then cook it with chillies onions and some spices too. And as i said earlier it tastes a little bitter yet satisfying❤
