Sugarcane juice, coconut water, Aam panna, kokum sharbat readily available in Mumbai as summer drinks. And yes, you guys should try the authentic kokum sharbat...it tastes out of this world. Chaach is called Chaas in Gujrati language and that's why you hear it.

Bela pana in Odisha and it is prepared on the festive occasion of Pana shankranti that falls during the month of Baishakh. We add crushed banana, coconut, rasgulla, bundi, and rabdi too. I wonder how Satyam did not know about this aur bolta hai Odisha se hai.

Very refreshing video 💁 Try some local summer drinks of Assam too, kaji_nemu (local lemon of assam) sarbat, dry jujube berry sarbat, dry thekera ( mangosteen) sarbat etc. 🥰

You missed Raabdi in summer drink. If someone here is Rajasthani they can relate. It's made from baajra and like sattu raw onions are put into it to enhance the flavour.

Owh, here in odisha, raabdi is a dessert. The texture is same as sweet curd but it's different in taste(tastes more milky)
@@sriyashreepanigrahi7323 we too have rabdi as desert same as you mentioned but raabdi is diff. Pronunciation is diff. One is rabdi(रब डी) which is sweet and made with milk and other is raabdi(राबडी) made with bajra ka atta

I am from Pune, just to let you guys know the original most authentic mango mastani has a thick consistency than what you guys have got, but thats fine cz even here in Pune if u order from a restaurant , chances are you wont get the original mastani,....there are very limited places and outlets who serve the authentic one..like Sujata Mastani
