what I do is fully load backpack; get axe, gloves, find a tree... start chopping and cancel right before the end, then chop the tree again - durability on axe is not ticking until the tree is cut so it does not damage - and you get strength still
What did you start your stats at? I started at 3 1 3 5 and have leveled up to 3.8 5 5 5? Did you eat a lot to get to that weight? I'm pretty sure I only weigh around 85.6kg. Is eating all of those cheeseburgers and getting your S Fat so high a problem for you? I have a problem taking a hit to my dex when I let my energy get above 100%. The muscle being 94% and fat 19% I guess I misunderstand those stats. I thought that was body mass percentages. Apparently it's not because you're at 113% not even adding in the rest of your body parts. If my garden wasn't in the way I could add some corner walls and go for a walk to level my str up. I'm used to carrying weight. I started running at .5 and endurance at .5. My running is med and around 17%. My endurance is advanced and around 12%.
I think I started at 5 2 2 3. Weight goes up with muscle mass. Dex is the easiest to raise, so I don't worry about gaining weight, because even if you go super high calorie, as soon as it starts going down, the DEX goes back up. The key is to not let your protein go to zero, as that is where STR drops fast. You can also eat the Uncle Pong's Rice, which is good for Protein, but low in fat, but you need to eat it more frequently. When doing the STR training, I am burning so many calories, I can pretty much eat whatever. Skewers of Sausages are great too, as they last forever, but they add less calories than they burn.
@@TaaxiCaab What about S Fat? When I ate the smoked goose meat it spiked my S Fat also. I eat a lot of sardines and tuna and keep my protein up high. Sometimes I'll eat a tuna mre. Trying to stay away from the S Fat. I guess I can keep my energy above 100% then. Just regain the lost dex later. If it wasn't for the new fatigue I'd like to start a character at 7 11 3. Might be worth trying anyway.
@@flash1259 bad stuff like Sfat and high sodium are not detrimental (yet) that I can tell. Also, if you re-roll, you can't start with any stat over 5.0. Also, 1 CON is a ROUGH starting spot.. Low STA sucks really bad.If DEX is the most forgiving main stat to sacrifice.
@@TaaxiCaab Guess I can't start with 7 str then. I started the character I have now with 1 con. Half in running and half in endurance. My running is medium and around 17%. My endurance is advanced and around 12%. I tend to carry around 2X my carry weight most of the time. Running is hard for me to level up. I've leveled up to 3.8 5 5 5. It'd definitely be different now with accumulated fatigue. Wonder why we can't start with 7 str now?
I saw in your comments you started at 5str, how many hour would you say you did this method to build to 7.1? I'm noticing a slow-down of strength gains as my strength rises and am fearing an unreasonably long time. Also say I do this for 1hr while at 0 energy and protein? Have you visually confirmed you will lose muscle mass even while actively exercising or will the loss not start until you Stop exercising?
You need to keep your protein over 0.. As soon as you hit 0, you start losing muscle MUCH FASTER than you were gaining it. STR is the HARDEST of all base skills to raise.

What do you do with your stamina, I guessed after a while you'll pass out?
actually no.. your Stamina goes negative and stays there
@@TaaxiCaab no negative effect atall?
Good hint!
Another tip: You can make a small octagon, place a door and surround it with a low wall (if inside the base)
Hold W and open the game chat.
yes, I have the home gym version too :)
Hi there, quick question. Do you have an estimated time or how many hours does it take to increase the stats when doing this?
1 month with daily dedication
