Thanks for another great video. I thinks it's awesome that you're interviewing your buddies. I wish I could have done that 20 years ago. I have driven 20 hour round trip for a 3 day flintlock squirrel safari, isn't that normal? Keep up the good work and have a great day.

Love these interviews. I hope you don't run out . I love kibler rifles I have a colonial flintlock in 58cal. And I'm finishing up on a woodsrunner in 54cal. It has a shorter barrel.

Lots of guys to interview yet.
Not everyone is interested being interviewed though.
      Thanks for watching and commenting

It's hard to beat squirrel hunting with a flintlock. I've got a couple with my .40 but once I pattern that smoothbore, ol' bushytail is gonna have to watch out!

We have a lot of foxies here in Michigan, along with a lot of black squirrels. My sister was married to a guy from PA and the first time he saw a black squirrel he was amazed. They're thick as all get out around here.

What area? Is there public land?
Maybe Jim and I will have to make the trip!?

@@bkauffman0390 SW Michigan. I have several places to hunt them on private land after deer season (January 1) is done. Also state game areas too. I have a Black Mouth Cur, but like me she is getting a little long in the tooth to hunt very hard. Also have a friend in Alpena (Northern Lower Peninsula) that has a BMC that her and her husband road hunt. Pretty cool to watch them. I'll text you my address so you can see how far of a drive it would be.

These interviews are really cool👍👍 As for how many deer are hit with round balls n not recovered because they dont bleed....i think i have one for sure. Took a shot once through a Y in a fallen tree that if i"d a missed it would have hit wood. We followed tracks down the mountan n jumped her 3 times before she ran into posters n we couldnt follow any more. She never went more than 100 yds between stops. Not 1 time did we see blood.

Your father in law was one of the first guys that brought that to my attention.
