I've just never been a fan of blizzard in the first place. They don't treat their fans, player base, or pro players with respect, and have shown that time and time again (but much more recently in the past 5 years.) Glad I never spent a cent on the company.
I will say, despite the recent stuff, Blizzard legit used to be the goat. They were THE company. Their games were always the best Starcraft, BC/Wrath, Diablo. They were awesome and then money. Oof. I am not a fan of their higher ups now but I do still have a bit of respect for what they used to be.
If Nelson ever stops coaching and becomes an analyst I'd say hes top candidate for MVP votes. Its just for public perception, and the way he views players could really help out some underrated players
Hearthstone Battlegrounds is actually really good and they make balance changes and updates quite frequently... as a WoW player it's straight up weird to see a good Blizzard game at this point.
In the early 2000s, liking games made you a complete loser at school, which is why when gaming started becoming "cool" all the hardcore gamers started getting annoyed that suddenly everyone was calling themselves a gamer, even the people who bullied gamers in school previously. Things have mellowed now, but it was a dark time XD
Man what high schools you all going to? In mine all my friends played sports mostly soccer and tennis and we would always play games when we went over to each others houses. FIFA, cod, smash mele, Mario soccer, etc. hell the entire soccer team went through a phase where pokemon became cool again and the whole team would play Pokémon on our DS’s on the bus ride to and from games it was awesome 😂
@mcchickenz I believe it also depends on your age bracket growing up. For me, video games were taboo as well and parties after football games were the norm. For my younger siblings video games and social media are the norm.
@@corruptbliss idk I was born in 95 and went to high school in KY. All my friends loved video games. It's not like everyone played games but noone was ever looked down on for playing them. As a Boomer and Millennial (someone born 81'-96') I LOVE these boomer conversations even though all 3 are younger boomers. IMO people who dont have vivid memories as a kid of the 90's before the internet was fully mainstream like it became after the millennium. They might remember life before internet (dialup) was a constant for kids to do. I'm 32 and love being a boomer. We did it all, seen it all, can transcend the era's. We basically respect history and what's what the grom's lack. No regard for the idea that everything else now is an imitation. My style will always be from the turn of the Millenium-2010's. That time was poppin'. People say they like rap but have no idea who Big Daddy Kane, Kool G Rap, Rakim, Del The Funkee Homosapien are ( But thanks to the LCS and Kobe's new show Masterminds they waking up). Please keep doing these tri-streams!
What the fuck... what shitty schools did these dudes go to? Didn't matter what clique you were in, everyone played games. Halo 3, Modern Warfare, Madden, Rockband. All those games were played by almost everyone in my school.
Sorry but if boycotting Blizzard unfairly hurts the good employees, that's not on us for boycotting, that's on the assholes in charge. Don't blame me for refusing to financially support that corporation. Don't act like it's MY responsibility to keep paying 15$ a month to sit around for 9 months twiddling my thumbs waiting for the next round of half-assed content. I'm the consumer, I'm not responsible for any Blizzard employees. I don't employ them, I only chose whether or not to purchase the product they create. If the net result of this is massive boycotts and WoW shutting down for good, then that's not my fault. If your favorite restaurant changed cooks and suddenly every meal you were served tasted like shit, you're going to stop going. You don't owe it to the wait staff to keep showing up and buying shitty food. That's not your fault.
I wish they would make a weekly podcast where they talk about shit and be themselves for an hour
they do that three times a week wdym. they talk about all kinds of random shit like infinite monkeys and goats.
@@nickhalden374 they did but last sunday was the last one my guy we gotta wait for worlds now (if they do the watch party)

watch the costream vods on doublelift’s twitch. they’re gold.

i had noticed that these lcs co streams were basically podcasts at this point heh
Such good content, like legit, such good content. Nice job editor man.

The only NA MVP that deserved it in the history of the LCS was pvman.
imagine if jizuke was a jungler on a bad team, he probably single-handedly pulled a 8-10th place team to 5th or something
i miss pvman :(
saying pvman instead of rush
@@judgedbytime Been a Rush fan since LMQ. What's wrong with calling him pvman? He named himself pvman lmao

Tbh since like 2010 they’ve been in a downward spiral and the activision merger was the nail in the coffin. Shout out to the OG blizzard team

A triple worlds stream would be amazing. Listening to these 3 shoot the shit is so much fun
If it's anything like msi, riot won't allow the co streams during the international event.

major sporting leagues in NA to my knowledge

I don't get why MVP isn't more important to players. Individual honours in traditional sports are really valued
xfire was better than discord. Also the game time stats and many other things. Too bad it died out..
Ya I think you could have picked something "cooler" than golf as a code Mr Meteos =p
had to rewind and hear "she was asian in highschool right?" again
