If you just look at the video, you might get an impression that his arrangements are "showy" or hard, but once you try to play like him, you notice small things you never thought of before; like how long he lets the notes ring, how he takes advantage of opne strings, how he plucks strings with diffrent strength between each sections to match the dynamics of the original song. Yes, Homura isn't the most complex songs, but it still has 3 keys (and borrowed chords), with high pitch range (impressive feat by LiSA), with relatively quick transitions, which doesn't create the cleanest sounds, but Sungha's just playing thorugh the entire song as if it's just strumming Em. Personally, I think Sungha is the best prominent anime guitarist on TH-cam as well, without a doubt. I hope to be as good as him one day :D
