Thank You! So much Sammy! My husband and I have been watching all of your videos from Da Nang Vietnam. We have really enjoyed them all. We just finished watching your walk on the beach in the morning. My husband and I went to Da Nang last year for 2 /12 months. We will be returning the first week in December for 3 months this time. We usually walk the beaches every morning and it’s 3 miles to where you started to our condo. We do walk 6 miles on the beach everyday! It is absolutely wonderful!!
One Saturday we were wondering around the back streets instead of the beach and were asked if we would be interested in teaching English to some Vietnamese Student! We both loved doing it and are going back to do it again!
We so enjoyed all your wonderful exploring and recommendations you have done and we will definitely try some of the restaurants and shops you have recommended! 👍❤️❤️
@@RonFauvelle thank you so much for your kind comment!
This is amazing I love beach walks and December it’s actually good to walk as long it’s not raining nice and cool.
There are some nice English Club meet ups where locals meet English speaker to practice I really can recommend that I will do a video about this in the next weeks!
Amazing and very useful content.
Thank you 🙏
Very nice neighborhood review.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙏
KooooL video.
That's me sitting at Poomba's 🎉
I love living here.
Awesome! Say hi next time.
Can’t wait to try Poomba’s.
What do you recommend eating there?
@@socialsamy OH man, my Fav is the Black bread Reuben Sandwich 🥪 it's their 18 hour smoked slow roasted Brisket 💎
But for breakfast for only 45,000 you can sample small amount brisket on a Banh Mi !!!
An Thuong area just developed from 2016. Before 2016,An Thuong was an empty area with some small hotels...Almost vietnamese live in An Thuong come from North Vietnam (New comers, not local people).😊
Thank you for sharing always all infos I really appreciate that! Super interesting Vietnam is so fast in building whole new neighborhoods!
I wish every city in Vietnam grow bougainvillea, a very beautiful flower suitable for the climate.
Oh interesting I don’t even know what it is.
Great content. Keep it up! My wife and I are going to Da Nang in January. We will be staying at the Melia vin pearl and raddisson. can you do a review on those hotels? Thanks, we appreciate you!
Thank you so much both of those hotels are on my list and I will review them soon!
I stayed myself in melia vinpearl in Hue and really liked it.
Here’s a video of this trip I can also recommend taking the train there for a 1-2 day trip

I looked to several of your videos. They are very interesting and helpful. I have been to Vietnam before and I were to DaNang for a short time. This winter I am going to spend three months to DaNang . January, February and March 2025. Thanks to share your videos.
Awesome January might be rainy and colder but feb and March is great. I will do lots of apartment videos until then I hope that will help 🙏 thank you for watching
@@socialsamy I rent one room for six nights at the Draco Hotel when I will arrive to DaNang, it will give me the chance to look for one apt. Thanks. I really like your videos.

Danang population 1.1 mil Nha Trang under 450k people My good friend had a lovely 1 bedroom apartment for $160 a month in Nha Trang Can fly direct to Bangkok in 2 hours Danang Nha Trang and Dalat are all good options.
Yes I have to try Dalat and nha Trang too! So good I fly often to Bangkok it’s even less than 2 hours :))
Hi Samy, mega coole Videos! Ich will auch nach Da Nang😂
Am besten zwischen März und September :)))
Thanks Samy, you are the man
Happy to help Dave! I filmed your hotel yesterday and it will be in the next video! 🙏
Very chill vibe 🙂 would you show us the nightlife of Da Nang by any chance or you only do daytime videos?
@@attilab317 working on it! 😃
@@socialsamy niceee looking forward to it then!!
Again, very timely. I'll arrive in An Thuong tomorrow. Thanks again.
Awesome say hi if you see me
@@socialsamy I'll be sure to do that.
Nice vid 👍👍
❤️
Would be interesting to see shots of the same area at night.
It’s not as interesting as you think but I will film it soon :))
Hi Samy, where is the best area in An Thuong to stay with lots of coffee shops and massages? Can you make a video including massage places with pricing and tips? Thank you in advance.
I will do the pricing of the massage soon! But in the whole an Thuong area it’s hard to walk for 30 seconds without seeing a coffee shop or spa :))) they are literally everywhere
@@Tn-kl3jr
he already showed here today in this video, I happily live that area 6 months.
Hey Samy, what areas would you recommend for a middle aged couple that is not into drinking and partying and looking for a quiet and safe neighbourhood to live in for around 6 months a year? Somewhere that’s not over priced and is affordable yet clean to rent. Thanks.
Hi AJ!
It’s really important to just come first stay in a hotel and then walk or take a bike to explore the neighborhoods with all the pros and cons Vietnam is in general always loud compared to other countries yet few side streets can be very quite I have few options I will also do more videos about areas and apartment buildings.
Safety: it‘s safe everywhere! Compared to the west. And I would even say the safest big city in Vietnam. The biggest dangers are streets and pedestrian walks for rolling your ankle etc. so you always have to be mindful of your steps!
When do you thinking of coming which time of the year?
@@socialsamy hey, we are looking at coming for an exploration visit end of this year but just wanting some ideas on areas to research first before coming. Saves us looking in an area that’s totally wrong, eg we wouldn’t live here in Australia close to night clubs and bars. We are looking at 6 months in Vietnam and 6 months in Thailand.
@@socialsamy we were looking around the area on the BBQ smoke house mobifit 360 gym fitness Danang area.
@@AJ-ww6qs that should be more quite area my fiancé lived arround the bac my an market it was quite but you always have to see what’s going on in each street. One street can be quite peaceful area and then there could be a friendgroup who karaoke every night 😂
Super random
if you want real quite area “Nam Viet A”that’s in the same direction you already researched.
@@AJ-ww6qs Thailand Vietnam split is perfect where in Thailand ?
*Chào bạn* !
Hello my friend
Are the Altara Suites by Four Points Sheraton a good place to stay? Are there many coffee shops and beach bars nearby
@@BarryPorter-b1j it’s a nice place but I’m not the biggest fan of the location.
It really depends on what you’re looking for.
The beach part and the walkable area is not as good as the my an area.
I will review those apartments in the next weeks and cover the whole area!
@@socialsamy thank you so much for your quick reply. Can you recommend any hotels/ apartments as good as the Altara in an area you would recommend. We will be staying for 3 weeks in March 2025
@@BarryPorter-b1j stay tuned for todays video I will cover 2 serviced apartments.
And it’s the start of a series of services apartments and hotels.
And until March I will have covered the best ones in Da Nang :))
Great choice March is my favorite month of the year
@@socialsamy I watch all of your presentations and will certainly be guided by your advice
@@BarryPorter-b1j I appreciate that Barry! And I’m glad I can help 🙏
So many places to eat, I wish I would have known about this part of Da Nang before. Do you have an opinion on where the best pizza is? I only know Gordon's New York Pizza, I had a slice four years ago at the night market.
I’m so bad with pizza reviews I almost never eat any and if I do I like those weird not classic ones 😅 but Gordon’s I hear a lot of good things about it!
Vietnamese food is the best. But we are going to try Pizza 4P’s in Danang.
Hi Samy
Shit hot vlogs mate
The bride and I are coming over to Da Nang from Australia 22nd February 2025 for 3 weeks. We are planning on staying at the Cicilia Hotel in a Junior suite with Balcony, how do you rate this hotel and room. If you could do a review that would be great.
If you are still in Da Nang in February next year, I would like to catch up and shout you a buffet dinnet
Cheers Dave from Auz
Hi Dave!
I got you!
stay tuned I will review it today for you! I will do a whole tour of the street and will go and check out your junior suite with balcony!
22 February is the great time to come!
I will be there!
I will test more buffets until then to find the best one !
120k for coffee just to see some fish 😂no thanks
