I’ve watched a ton of Da Nang videos and this video is truly a good one. You do a great job with commentary on top of showing everything. Appreciate it!
Awesome walking tour. Love those roof top bars. I’m retired and planning to move to da nang in November. Seems so reasonably affordable, chilled and gorgeous. Can you have a sunset beer on the roof top , bet it looks amazing
@@kevd1036 thank you. Yes you can how ever the sun sets at the other side of the beach. And sadly November is very rainy but I hope it will be some good days for you 🙏 I would look into Thailand for this time of the year and slowly move to danang in mid February to get the best weather
The 'Top Sailing Bar' used to be called Danabeach, god I miss sitting there every morning with my iced ca phe den da! Was in Da Nang for 5 months in 2020 during Covid having gone for an initial 9 weeks but the government closed the border due to the pandemic, I was disappointed when the border reopened and I had to leave, I have never felt more at home whilst being away from home 🙂
Very nice as I plan on being there in April or May 2015. Thanks for the tip on the Nesta Hotel as that’s one of the places for me to stay. Will be coming from South West Florida so I believe I’ll be ok with the heat.
@@socialsamy ...Yes. it seems the videos of Da Nang mostly concentrate on the beach. I'm curious about what the neighborhhoods are like on the other side of the river. I love your focus on food and coffee. How about showing us where to eat in the non tourist side.
Amazing! Thank you! It seems like absolute paradise 🥹 i would love if if you could do also videos for new expats/digital nomads. Showing the different areas of the city and where to live. An other idea would be to break down all the helpful info getting a sim card, ATM etc that is needed when arriving somewhere. 🤩🙏
@ yes we will be there in December and January. I just wanted to know if there was a specific location that was better for surfing than other others. Thanks so much for your insights.
It’s summer now and it’s very hot here. 94 and it feels hotter. If you like it cooler the best time is dec-mai. Between dec and feb is rainy season. Many people go to DaLat when it gets too hot here that would be an alternative
@@socialsamy Awesome, my wife is going to love this. Any comments on which beach bars have "good" drinks and which have "empty" drinks? Empty meaning little or no alcohol? Again, excellent content, clear speaking and always smiling which is great in a country of friendly happy people.
@@matthewrickett9592 oh I never experienced empty drinks here. Alcohol is cheap here so there is no need for beach bars to do those. BUT, I also don’t drink often in Vietnam. For a good cocktail try out the craftsman🙏
Google calls it that yes but the signs on the beach say it’s My An an beach and right after the I love Da Nang sign is the My Khe beach sign. :) I will make a part 2!
@@socialsamy Maybe Vietnamese people hate being in the sun more than one would think. I'm not sure, I heard especially some women think being super white pale is better.
It’s amazing how open and quiet the beach is. Beautiful
very clean and beautiful beach; would love to see it in the evening
Good idea will do it now since I have a new camera that can show it :)) but due to the rainy season it’s not as nice as in the video in summer
You have a lay back way of delivering your commentary
Very useful & Great content thumbs up 👍 2 U
Thank you 🙏
WOW, a white sand beach and blue sea with bright green coconut trees! It actually looks like a paradise to me.
And the best part is it’s so close to city life. Compared to being on a small island
Plus no people 👌👌👌👊🏻
Loved your video…Coming for winter to Danang….Have a good One

This is an awesome video. Great spots I added to my Da Nang map to check-out when I visit. Thanks!

Very nice and thank you for sharing. Was wondering what type of camera you are using? Super clear!
Thank you🙏 it’s a DJI action 4 with a dji 2 mic.
Yes it would be great if you could make a walking tour video of da Nang city centre most interesting areas
How is the weather now? I arrive aug 19th to 29th but worried it will rain alot 😢
@@saniieu7784 don’t worry it will be very hot! I filmed another one yesterday you can check out the weather and beach how it is now. Spoiler: perfect
This crossing the street to the beaches seems terrifying!
You really have to trust the process. Hands up and walk in the same pace. Those motorbikes usually drive very slow arround you
Great content! I'm moving to live in Da Nang, tell me where is this place on the roof?
Awesome you will love it!
It’s Rosamia hotel and the muong Thanh hotel
What location is best to surf at and are there different times of the year that surfing is better?
Surfing is better during rainy season October - February
@ yes we will be there in December and January. I just wanted to know if there was a specific location that was better for surfing than other others. Thanks so much for your insights.
@ I would target my an beach that’s where I see most surfers but be aware most of the time it’s pretty low waves

How many such underground passages did you see near the beach? because I realized that it is really difficult to cross the road there
Only one at the holiday hotel.
I think they will have somewhat of a bridge as soon as the nobu hotel opens
it is insane how empty it is man. wow. what time did you film? Like right at noon?
11:30 I think yeah it was super hot I burnt 😂
What month is this? Is it usually not very busy? Which hotel do you recommend
This video was filmed yesterday so August.
It’s only busy in the morning or after sunset.
Will the bar servers bring drinks to your rental chair?
Yes each bed rental place serves you drinks

Stop misleading others for your PAID advertisments.
I wish I get paid for this 😂 advertising the beach.🤡
The heat doesn't seem to bother you, no hat, are you of Arab ancestry? You appear as such.
You’re right I’m half Moroccan half German.
But even for me it’s very hot.
I did wear 50 spf but a the hat was missing!
It's so weird that it's so empty; it's like they lied about the population numbers of the world.
After sunset you will see they didn’t 😂
