Great seeing the sublimination experimentation. I quite like the gold handles, like you I wasn't sure when you first showed them but I think once the detail is added it really compliments the designs. Fantastic re Kenya, what an amazing opportunity! x

Hi Shannon, have you tried manual feed at the back of the printer in the rear paperfeed slot? That is a slow process but doesn’t give the roller marks, just turn the printer around, take the part out on the back and insert paper through there (check youtube videos from keith Cooper or Jagos Art on that if you don’t know what i mean) xx
Hey! I have yes and while it works well for no roller marks and not getting jammed, it doesn't print borderless and cuts off the last part of the design which is so frustrating 😂🥲

Hi Shannon, I had this issue with Epson, I had 3 different Epson art printers and always had feed issues print issues and roller markers. I switched to Canon right now Im on the pro Graf 300 and honestly, it's just a dream. ✨

Thank you for another video! ❤ I have the Epsom ET-8550 and it recently started leaving roller marks on 300gsm paper as well 😢 I removed some of the rollers from the printer (it is a part that you can take out to, I didn’t interfere with any actual mechanics of the printer) and it helped a bit. Sometimes the printer has a ‘bad printing nozzle day” and you can see print lines on print outs as well 🫣😩 these are not commercial use machines though so some inconveniences are to be expected I guess 🤔 take care Shannon and cuddles for Paddy 😻

I love the gold handles! But would they be safe in a microwave? You know how we are always reheating our coffees but besides that I love the gold handles, they look really nice with your artwork on the mugs. ❤

Not for sublimation!
Be careful with the healthy food thing. A lot like to push the idea of plant based being auto healthier when it is not necessarily so and thats because it isn't animal base vs plant based but real food vs processed food. Fake meat is processed food and so is white rice....you're basically just eating sugar with white rice and all the fibre removed so it causes a sugar spike then slump. Eating real meat from well raised livestock is far superior to eating fake processed vegan versions purely because it is real food and more nutrient dense. Doesn't mean you need to eat meat if you don't want to but there's a lot of misinformation about what diet is best. Refined carbs is what you need to be cutting down on. Saturated fats are fine and if you eat more of those, you'll find you eat less overall and also far less often. Carbs spike sugar and also insulin....insulin is a fat storing hormone so it blocks you from burning fat and constant spikes and high insulin will lead to insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes in many people..this is why it has become an epidemic worldwide...all down to processed food.
Protein does cause a moderate insulin response as well but not as bad as carbs....You do need protein but not TOO much. You can't eat too much fat because it is too filling. Combining fats with refined carbs is the worst....eating lots of fibre too helps to inhibit the absorption of sugars so never eat the likes of white bread, rice, pasta....basically all fibre removed...you are eating pure carbs. I don't really eat any grain stuff these days.
Also beware of articles about food based on epidemiological studies....these studies are highly flawed.
On the art front, I have struggled more beginning of this year for commissions than any other. Has been rather worrying to be honest. I am currently making content for a patreon in a hopes I can start increasing revenue streams more.
This is also why they are not filling you up for long enough. Saturated fats keep you full for hours and means you then are not snacking. Saturated fats don't cause any rise in insulin levels so no sugar spike then slump after. I only need to eat twice a day these days and I can fast on average 18 hours with no problem whatsoever. I have been 24 hours without issue sometimes but it's not something i deiberately try to do....usually when i have been out all day competing in agility...I run the dogs better when in a fasted state as opposed to when i have eaten.
