I would really like to buy that efl 2 flute but im hesitating about the durability. Someone on UK amazon posted review with photos that after 1 year the metal started to corrode even though it was stored safe in a case. They said the corrosion gives them allergic reaction to skin. I'm curious if the person did not care about it properly or it is a metal defect.
i'm at the same dilema i got a roy benson that i bend from practicing too much in my high school year and was told it was to cheap to even get repaired... want to go back and try open hole but scare about that... i still got my tank (yfl-225) and still in tune but would definitly benefits from pads remplacement (15yo)
@@Gaspesievueduciel i bought it and made some recordings, it has problems with pads being perfectly sealed and that depends on luck. Unless one can find where the leaks are and correct the pads its not worth buying.
