Napoli is the best city in Italy period. I've visited Rome but nothing beats Napoli. To other ignorant italians, be jealous and hateful as much as you want but if all tourists were given a ticket plane to anywhere in Italy 95% of them would choose Naples over Milan, Florence or other cities. It's just pure mediterranean vibe that Napoli gives what makes that city great. Saluti a tuti neapolitani

I will stay one week in Naples, and wondering if taking a couple of days to visit the coast is worth, or if I should just visit them by day trips. Thanks in advance.

@@Storiada yesss the Amalfi Coast/Positano/Sorrento are some of the most beautiful places I've ever been to! I have recommended the Amalfi Coast as a honeymoon destination to my friends and they went and loved it! I think it'd be better to spend a couple of days there at least because with day trips, you are very limited in how far down the coast you can travel, how much time you spend there, and how much you get to see. If you're staying in Naples, I also highly recommend visiting the island of Capri!

I've just come back from Florence and Naples. Two cities that are very different and very beautiful in their own way. Naples was just incredible though. One piece of advice to first time visitors is that English is widely spoken in Florence but not in Naples. I have been learning Italian for a year and I needed it in Napoli. If you want to feel alive get on the next plane to Naples.

Yes, it’s dirty/trash and there are mobs BUT, I had an awesome time! I felt like I was experiencing real Italy instead of being in Roma all of the time with tourists. There are many fun things to do in Napoli like going to the catacombs, trying their street food, visiting the churches, going to the castles of Naples, going to Pompeii and ercolano. I could go on and on. Overall, I’m def going back next summer.

Good video! The essence of Naples is walking around and breathing pathos of the city. Of course, 10 things are too mfew, especially for a city like Naples: Castel dell'Ovo, Maschio Angioino, Palazzo Reale, Capodimonte, il babbà, Castel Sant'Elmo, Ischia, Procida, Capri, the Archaeological Museum, Cristo Velato and Cappella San Severo, Fontanelle cemetery... how many things! It's not easy! :) btw, great video, congrats!
