I think it's a good idea to add some "no salt" where is 50% sodium and 50% potassium chloride. Because if the diet is low in vegetables and fruits it's very hard to get 4-5000mg of potassium every day.. The only way to get this amount of potassium is if you eat potatoes or A LOT of meat..
