After years of harp playing, Charlie is still a hero. There isn’t a harp player alive who couldn’t learn something from him.
Not very many musicians can do what Charlie McCoy could do with a Harmonica. He's one of a kind.

Back in my 30's I had every Charlie McCoy album he ever produced...tried playing along with him and got to be pretty good. He played as a studio musician for just about everyone back then. Charlie's interpretations of most songs are very unique! Thanks, Charlie for adding so much to my life...

Such a talented musician. Played the amazing guitar on Dylan's "Desolation Row" and Bass on Dylan's "John Wesley Harding" album, not to mention many more artists he played with. A real treasure.
I've played for forty years and he's still the guy who wow's me!
