      It has one feature called as "Setting Priority" for the connected devices from where you can set up the maximum bandwidth for those devices.
      I usually do for the devices that requires important connections among the devices connected.

    Brother, can I use AX1500 Wi-Fi 6 Router as like Extender? I have a plan to buy an Extender but if a Router does the same job should I go for the Router instead of an Extender?

    • @ConsumerZilla
      @ConsumerZilla  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you'd rather not replace your current Wi-Fi router, then an extender is the best device to get to eliminate dead zones. Wi-Fi extenders are also more affordable than mesh routers. Therefore, using them to improve your wireless network costs less.

    All tp link 'n' type 2.4ghz routers have a 'mode' button at top right corner on the tp link set up page. And we can set the AP mode directly without first doing the basic set up. Why is it not possible here. Secondly you must mention that this router has no range extender mode. Glaring miss.

    • @SoumikSarker
      @SoumikSarker 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Chirag, let me explain, for old routers, when you manually configure to Access point mode. you have to disable the DHCP server and also connect lan to Lan. But in modern Routers that has Access point mode as a feature. You do not need to disable dhcp server, it is already disabled by default, so no IP conflict, and also you can connect from Lan to Wan without any worry.
      I have converted my Tenda AC10 router as Access point (inbuilt feature, no need to manually configure) and connected lan of TP link router to the wan of AC10. And it works flawlessly.
