Hi I the recipe is for 8 oz. I made 64 oz to give away. If you make alot. I recommend max of 32 oz at a time unless you have a heavy duty immersion blender. Hope that helps.

Use BTMS 50. Start with 11.83 g first. Add the additional 4.05 g of liquid (distilled water or hydrosol) because the formulation has changed.
If the formulation doesn’t emulsify well, increase it to 15.88 g. Keep all the other ratios the same.

I don’t think it’ll work as well but you can try it. Try guar gum instead.
