I'm watching this on my Droid but I will be watching this on a Mid-2012 MacBook Pro very soon! I just sold my Mid-2010 White MacBook and I'll be buying a MacBook Pro to replace it!!! I'm so excited!!!

Wow, I should have shopped around more...I have a mid 2010 MacBook and I paid $1100 ( Including apple care protection). You got a great deal! Plus I had to upgrade to 4GB Ram & a 320GB WD scorpio...
Won for $41 Expedited last week on eBay. At least as clean.. April 2009 2.4 4GB no HDD. Excellent OEM battery WAS a "For Parts" deal.. White screen One DIMM was cockeyed in it's slot.. A good gamble.. Watched The 5:17 to Paris... Yahoo! News coverage of the Miami shootings.. Replay of Falcon Heavy launch while at Subway.. I'm tickled.. J. C.
375GTB I’m glad you like it, but this machine is 10 years old; you should seriously consider upgrading to something newer. A mid-2012 pre-retina 13” MBP would probably suit your needs better. Core 2 Duo just cannot handle the loads needed by most users in 2018, not to mention that Apple dropped support for these machines a while ago, so you’ll run into issues. But, I can’t argue about the build quality; these machines are built so well, much much better than modern MacBooks.
@nickdog670 $800 is a fair price. You could do better, but if that one comes with the box, papers, software, and the right hard-drive/RAM, go for it! :-)
@@TheKRVR yes but something new would cost a lot, here in Cuba I earn 20 dollars a month, it's nothing, imagine how I could buy something more expensive, only if someone donated it to me who had something old, I want one to see if I start university, to try to learn to program in switch,
I would advise against it now because OSX Mavericks will not work on this machine. Personally, I would start looking for the MacBook Pro that would replace this era of MacBook.

These aluminum MacBooks look really nice! i wish i had one! I have a 2010 White MacBook(with 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo) so its all good! :)
