I like the silent gaps in this video - it’s very good. You also have an excellent voice for guided meditation. I will subscribe !!

I do feel that this meditation did just what it intended: it helped declutter my mind related to exposure to events of this very evening which troubled
my mind by being critical and angry at the people associated with the experience of these events. Once again, I appreciate the usefullness of what you are doing, for me and no doubt for others. Terrific!

Tonight this meditation brought to my mind some actions to take, eg. patience, areas to have massage therapy that would relax muscle tension, etc, So, I would consider this meditation this evening to have been beneficial. I thank you for making these wonderful meditations at no cost to us.

Right before listening to this, I had been outbid on an item I really wanted on Ebay. My pulse was up to 80 bpm as I watched the bids come and go and come and go. I lost after someone outbid me by $1.00 two seconds before the ending time. I wondered how to calm myself down, so I went to Declutter The Mind and absorbed his message to the end. Took my pulse (with the oximeter) and it was 72 bpm. Meditation does work. I feel much better mentally too.

It’s always best to bid in the last ten seconds, I don’t know if you do that but you are much more likely to be successful that way.

@@marleypumpkin4917 No I did not know that as I am new to bidding. Thank you so much for your advice. I will follow it. Thanks again, Beth

Tonight, before sleep, I used this meditation after a TV presentation on Nazism and Fascism in the good old USA pre-W.W. II in the 1930s. I was unaware of all these events, having been born in July 1937. I felt worried and nervous and turned to this meditation to see if I could calm down for sleep. Before the recommendation to let go of the troubling thoughts and emotions-feelings I turned my thinking into the related past and future and soon after realized that my composure had returned to comfort and calm; no effort involved at all! I am writing this down because it might benefit someone in the future. I never had much success breathing out trouble....ADB,MD

Mental suffering. I had none of that and realize that it is not necessary. We suffer more in our brains than in reality, Beware your day-dreaming mind drifting into the past or into the future. When you realize that you are drifting, stop it gently and accept whatever thoughts and feelings appear but just don't
start analysing by telling yourself a story or judging them as good or bad. Let them dissolve in your mind by staying quiet and not reacting emotionally. This is how you become detached from your thinking and feelings. This is how you find calm and peace of mind!

The gaps are great! But try to come back with the voice as soft and slow as possible, my nerves are shot right now, if I start relaxing the slightest sudden noice makes me jump! 😅
