Don't downplay the risks of handling Microsoft products. You've obviously never spent a whole workday, or more, working in Excel. It can cause death.

11:50 for me the most important message which almost no one here in Germany understands. We are humans, we have a right to defend ourselves! I wished we had same ammendments as you guys...
@Amado Leon I know Bro. Don't let them take it! Fight for it! Now is the time to use those rights!
Come.if it is feasible.how important are these rights to you, that many Americans totally take for granted.big decision, completely different life, family(?).thought provoking.

TACTICAL GUNNY_BEARD cool deal.What state?
Wow this guy is awesome, I wish every instructor/ teacher would speak their mind, give examples/stories and teach like this. Great job Sir
Something I love about the Carry Trainer videos is when he talks about training your subconscious. Although most of the time he's talking about muscle memory, he also teaches lessons about shedding your ego and self doubts and only worrying about the things that will keep you and others safe while operating a firearm. It's helped me understand what I need to know as a gun owner. Great work.
I firmly believe that every concealed carrier needs to take a course in defensive carry/shooting techniques. Shooting stationary paper targets at a range just doesn’t cut it. I plan on going to one very soon to experience lifelike scenarios.
Agree 100% , just wish they weren't so damn expensive for us normal folks.
@@jeffclark8098 I agree that it’s expensive. $300 - $500 for a 2 day course is a lot of money. Plus bring your own ammo of around 500 rounds.
@@jonathanl2748 yeah I get spare no expense when defending and improving skills detriment to a live or die situation but damn. I took a 6 hr tactical shotgun class for 150. I learned a bit. I guess these videos and instructional tutorials are for us dads of 3 ..lol if you got the money I would for sure. Loves his knowledge and depth.
Army MP veteran and former deputy, I like this trainers no nonsense delivery, humor and content.
Ty for sharing this at no cost.
Noshit.that was more help to me than my entireconceaeled carry certification .That I did indeed pass ,receive a ccL,.light bulb moment this am.I need further training from a competent instructer (like this guy)& others with different, training styles / strengths.my "training" was shit.excuse my franch.
Continual training.
There is a cost... Our time.! So, thanks for not wasting our time. Lol..! Good stuff. 👍
Exactly what I was thinking. Thank you guys
@@wbwills2 ccw class was a joke for me too
i play this video and listen to the audio for 5 days in a row, great content and context
back at my comment
I’m new to the legit CCW community and I can assure that those who follow the laws and understand exactly when to and when not are way more safe to the community than those who carry without any training
Once upon a time every person got training as part of their state funded education…
We once were a safer society.
Thank you for being so clear and concise. I appreciate that you took your time to make this and share it with us so that we can be safe. Thanks again and please be safe and healthy.

What he’s covering in class is something we have to do twice a year for exposed carry in California. I think it’s important to have a refresher course on handling a gun safely and especially important for a novice.
Important, but shouldn't be mandatory. We are a free society.
Almost scared to ask, but what's concealed carry like over there? Just one state over we have constitutional carry so nothing necessary except a NICS when you buy the thing lol.
I love how he calls out the "Chatty Kathy" guys. It annoys the crap out of me when people talk while the instructor is talking. Have some respect.

Man, this is really important. You did not have to post this, but I’m glad you did. You’re one of the few with the common sense that I wish most people had.
You hit exact questions I ask myself daily - why am I armed? Many gun owners and instructors I've met don't complete that answer with logic or sense. Thank you for sharing
Ca you imagine all teachers were like this? We would have a 100% graduation rate and everyone would be smart. Lol
You severely overestimate a large portion of would be gun owners.
LOL
Dwight is still unsure and scared.
This is one class one day. Try doing this every day 6 or 7 times a day. No one can be a great teacher every day every class. People always want to blame teachers for unengaged and “bored” students. It’s not always possible to be the teacher imagine all the time.
Absolutely.. lol
Super cool of you to post this for free on here, I learned a lot thank you. Subscribed!
Mickey, you’re a great teacher. You were born for this.
Awesome instructor. I took his class a few times. Highly recommend
I like that the instructor does take any sh*t if people are talking in his class he is quick to break it up. He needs/ wants people to focus so he can be an effective teacher. I actually really admire his style. I don’t like a lot of gun instructors, but this man has some good wisdom. “Shoot to stop not to kill, I don’t want to shoot anyone, I want to stop the person from causing me great bodily harm”.
As a combat vet on many tours and ret the army. We have been trained to take down the threat keep shooting till no longer a threat. And always practice. If you do shoot. Don’t talk to the police. If you can buy a body cam. Lawsuit will follow. And the police are trying to build a case against you.
john doe
True! And always try to be the one who calls the cops first, before the perp, if possible. The story of the person who calls first is typically the one that is believed more.
Example: Perp could call first and claim “A crazy person with a gun is shooting at me. I think he’s a mass shooter”, then the cops show up pointing their guns at you and could also potentially kill you.
Dang I wish you were in MO. I would make sure I was in your class when I go for my CCW shortly. I love how you present. Logical, direct, knowledgeable, and makes the classroom feel comfortable.
Gun awareness 💯 Perception Vs Reality
Intelligent video! So much of this is common sense for a lot of us, but definitely needs to be addressed and discussed for so many People! It’s even a good refresher if you have Conceal carry experience as a reminder to be conscious of your actions and decisions!
Love it man. Thanks for putting this stuff out here for us for free!!! It’s greatly appreciated.
Yea they would. I don’t even live far from his home base either. I’m slacking.
@@cosmolinefiend9853 He just announced a class in illinois for october
@carrytrainer So many great things in this video both legally and defensively. I have watched a lot of your videos. This is my favorite one. I tell my students (yes I’m an instructor and an attorney) similar concepts as to what you are teaching here. Would love to take a class with you next time you are in Michigan. Stay safe.
I do appreciate the training you provide because there are too many people that don't have common sense.
Looking forward to the next part some good knowledge in these videos
I want to take a class that this guy teaches, what a cool instructor.
After watching this I'm deffenitly going to have to take one of your classes. This video had so much good information.
Haha. This guy brought me back to Marine days. "WAKE TF UP!" love it. Solid info btw. One of the best things I heard in my carry class is "I'm not here to teach you how to shoot. This is a class for license to carry. You damn well better know how to shoot at this point."
We have always been taught in law enforcement to “stop the threat” of death or great bodily harm to yourself or others.
"Stopping the threat" is what the instructor of my enhanced conceal carry class taught. He was very good at keeping everyone's attention. I would really enjoy classes taught by this man. His delivery is quite interesting too.
The FBI calls it "immediate incapacitation".
You have to stop 'em, and you have to stop 'em NOW!"
@@texasbeast239 stopping the threat does not mean shoot to kill. If you have to shoot someone, you are not concerned if the attacker lives or dies. You are only concerned about stopping the threat.
Just to let you know that there are true genuine Monsters in this world. Thank you, for informative video.
Wow4 years later still a great video. Thanks
Huge thanks for sharing this class. Very candid and useful information for a first-time concealed carry learner like myself. Love the no bullshit approach which is imperative for such a serious topic.
This was excellent. One point about the customized trigger though. It's not so much that the customization itself would look bad to a jury, it's that they might argue that it made the gun unsafe.
In other words, they might argue that your lightened trigger caused you to fire the gun by accident when it wasn't justified, then falsely claim self defense to cover it up.
Long time viewer, first time commenter. Love your teaching style. Have learned a TON from your channel. Thank you. 🙏💪
Oh shit. Just remembered most people are still watching tv. You said remote. I watched tv two years ago after ten years of voided space and I felt like I was in a bad mushroom trip. There were literally nothing but prescription drug advertisements. Freaked me out I’m a bad way. Oh my.
You’re a fantastic trainer, man. Thank you. You’re providing a very much-needed service. Much appreciated.
“Are you falling asleep, or do you just have stoner eyes?” LOL!
Lmao
I also have stoner eyes. LoL
he has got multiple valid points. worth paying attention
AMMO for self defense: Don't use an ammo that can go through your target and on into innocent bystanders. Choose a hollow point that will stop inside the target.
Watch Paul Harrell for various caliber comparisons and hollow point expansion comparisons through various mediums 😁
I am looking for an answer but it seems like no one has talked about that.
Please let me know what if:
1/ Can I carry a handgun in my car out of sight (loaded or not) without a holster?
2/ Can I set it in my center console, gloves box or under the seats (load or not) without a holster?
3/ Can I set it in a special home made cut out Kaizen or Polyurethane Foam inside of my center console without a holster?
4/ Can I keep it (everything G+2Mags) inside a small zipper lunch bag size 10"x8"x3" ?
5/ When everything is in my small lunch bag, can I just lay it on my passenger seat or at the back seats while I am traveling on the road?
Thank you very much and hope this ??? will clear out the fussy cloud to other people too.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for these videos! Extremely informative and very helpful.
As an officer I studied that in the RQT conflict management. Good job man
Applied recently for my LCH and i didnt know that it covered concealed carry in the state of indiana so here i am looking at these sorts of videos. Brand spankin new to the world of handguns but theres some great knowledge in this video that not even a gun owner can adhere to their life. Very great stuff. Im planning to own a glock 19 due to price and just i like how glocks look. I think im getting into the firearms community because i love shooting and enjoying the times i can have around my friends shooting. In the state of indiana i was told that you had to have a LCH so, yeah. I wouldnt mind going there for training. I honestly would also see about stress training too. How to deal with being fatigued with a gun needing to shoot or how to deal with adrenaline when in a situation. Active preparation for real life scenarios with an instructor that would be patient, kind, and efficient. The LCH i applied for was lifetime because in indiana, its free (cept state pay for fingerprinting). Im personally excited about it but in a mature kinda way. Nobody in my family has a LCH at all so I'm the first.
Good points and refresher. More people should take this stuff seriously.
"Why didn't he leave" great line and point. Lots of good info on the video.
Bro i was so into this i felt like i was in the actual class!!! 👍
This guy is amazing! This is the type of instruction that resonates with me.
Agree all all you said. Use of deadly force, totally depends on immediate threat of great bodily injury or death bottom line.
Getting my CCW this month. Hope the teacher has half the talent this guy does.
Thanks for uploading this boss really helpful info for us new shooters and carriers out here.
Just wanted to say thank you for sharing this great video I wish I could attend your class well done sir 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I want to thank you for your content. I would definitely be in your classes if I lived near you. Enjoy, and most importantly, I learn from your vids.
Very good talk session. One of the better ones I've seen or been in.
I love you sir. The worst thing I could do is to become gunny. I have too many broken bones and guts, but I can learn from you how to evade criminals with various weapons. I love you brother.
"How do I look in this dress" explanation of situationally dependent response. Count it! Great reply to class nitpicking.
Great video! 6:38 Muscle memory is important for fundamentals. 9:35 Then APPLICATION requires REACTION shooting; Every situation is different! Helps with target shooting too. Try reactive shooting at a range that allows movement. Mix it up! 15:40 Be justified, follow the law, and have USCCA Insurance. 25:07 again good legal through USCCA to explain the situation accurately. 25:26 Amen!
Hello,
I was tuning into the video and I got to thinking on a few things. I have used guns since about Jr. High, I had a .22 Marlin. I'm 58. I qualified in the Navy with the M9. After the Navy I had a good job, and I bought a Dirty Harry gun, .44Magnum S&W Model 29, with a 6in. barrel and Pachmyr combat grips. I pawned it for rent money. Lessons learned. So I have about 10 guns now. I'd gotten proficient with their operations. Still trying to master them. I have the CCW and I carry the Taurus 786 .380ACP in a pocket. I do have three 6 rd. mags for it. My assortment is a Taurus .357Magnum Model 66, a Glock 17, High-Point .40, ATI ThunderBolt-E .45ACP.
You mentioned the guy who was sweating profusely on the firing line. I can remember when I was like that at first. I had realized, the last time I went to the range, that I was not as nervous as I had been. I was never scared of the gun but after my recent mandated carry classes, and thinking about all the training I have had over the years(I carried in Michigan, and now carry in CA), realizing that what we bring and carry, ends and stops a life, as you have pointed out. It didn't make me more nervous, but it sobered me up and I was able to settle down and relax a little and understand what it was I was actually doing. Don't jerk, control the muzzle, Take a deep breath, hold it. Down and to the left, move up and to the right. Adjust the rear sight one click at a time. Turn the target upside down, shoot for the corners. The last I went to the range it was more rewarding and satisfying. It is getting hard to get ammo, I was denied twice, already. Thanks for your videos, keep up the good work.
This video has a lot of good info. Have watched more than once.
I have just took the same course here with a different instructor, something good to know.
In Indiana new law. If the prosecutor rules the shooting justified you can't be sued in civil court. July 1st 2019.
OMG I may need to move to Indiana! That should be federal law!
Very good instructor knowwhatImean? Yes?
Really good information. Lots of concepts I never thought about.
I want to take one of your classes SO bad! I was planning on heading to Nashville for the S20 class last May, but we had a house fire and lost everything. I'll try again for next May, but we don't have a house yet. Frustrating year, but I fell like I'm gaining a bit of knowledge from your videos. Thank you!
I’ll fly over just to take this class with this man.
This is gold...it's like Free class!
This video made me a subscriber. The instructor has a cool sense of humor also .
Excellent content and understanding of the subject matter. Couple of critiques: Stop saying "You know what I mean?" "Does that make sense?" These phrases cause some listeners to perceive you're insecure or lack confidence in what you're saying... Instead maybe say "Any questions?" Less profanity would make you seem more professional but it probably helps you to connect better with 75% of your audience. The other 25% may be annoyed and it could distract from what you are saying.
Agreed. Great content, but needs a people skills course.
I like this instructor got a sense of humor but at the same time seriously about applying common sense knowledge you need to know about handling a weapon and making sure there's a reason for using deadly Force 👌
I like this Guy. You must be an Air Force Veteran cause I heard, ‘you tracking’. I want to take your class/classes. I’m in my 40’s and just purchased my first handgun for home and/or public protection. Thanks for the video, I’ll have to check out more of yours.
Great video. I watched this vid when it came out and I came back just to re-watch it. Glad I did.
I'm glad I found your channel. Thank you for the information.
You had me at Cascade of stupidity I think I dribbled in my pants I've laughed so hard fell off my bed and it didn't even hurt, thank you sir. I definitely know you are a superhero because you busted out some common sense and put it on liquify, and then mic drop. This message took me like 30 minutes produce could not stop laughing

This is all good info... thanks dude!
Interesting how bi-polar the comments are. Some think this guy’s great, and some think he’s a douche. Some don’t like the swearing. Here’s what matters, in case you missed it. His style, though it is polarizing, draws you in. You are listening. Paying attention. Asking questions. Being poked fun of. Thinking. And THAT is why this guys great. I had a similar instructor for several CCL and related classes. Old school. Told it like he saw it. Told half the class, in code that he revealed only later, that they were not ready to carry. Carrying a gun is not to be taken lightly. Give the guy a lot of credit for breaking through the noise. I’d take his class any day.
Mick is one of the best love you man 🇺🇸
I loved the red & black plastic training gun you used in the beginning with the mag that drops out. I am beginning to teach and that looks like something I would like to have. Can you please share the details of the product name and where it can be bought? THANKS.

I’d love to take basic and advance handgun classes with him, then the CCW class. I may have to take a trip to a Indiana. I appreciate you man. Thanks for all the videos you share.
We need you everywhere teaching but that's not possible. So maybe some time I'll have the chance to get some range training when you are in Cali again.
Man I really love y’all’s stuff . I think deeply about the way of firearms I think of it in the context like go rin no sho book of five rings or Dokkodo. And I also train in this way I was shown how to shoot etc from my uncle who was secret service. Special forces Vietnam vet really straight up guy was on unsolved mysteries once for catching escaped fugitive. He was like James Bond to me pretty women nice cars guns in every hiding spot he use to have a 380 mounted under his dashboard of car. I thought that was the coolest shit real cowboy . Got to shoot my first fully automatic machine gun at 6 years old every time we went to his house get to shoot train . He was also special investigator as well but knew not to touch guns etc until I was allowed to go shoot learned about everything. But there’s some knew stuff an I haven’t shot in awhile. I used to just go shoot rotten apples right out my door when I lived in the mountains or throw cans in the pond and shoot them everyday finally getting back in to it so a lot of this stuff is natural to me an your training service is top notch grade A shit my friend thanks .
