I have been heavily into Crypto lately and may produce more content for that as well as NMLS material or I might transition away from NMLS material. Damn I just failed yesterday scored a 71% I studied so hard! I used oncourse, compucram, and affinity. That was my big mistake. My test had way to many scenario type questions.
@@BEXJOON my big mistake was using 3 different courses. Compucram has a lot of material that oncourse didn’t have. Which I found odd and really confused me. Overall I think oncourse is the best. Affinity is helpful to. Compucram would not reccomend. You really need to know the product. Like yeah ECOA is reg B.... but what does it actually do? Really learn that. Take your time on the test. Every question has two right answers and you have to pick the most correct answer. Most courses don’t spend much time on MLO yet that’s the biggest part of your test so really really understand the process. Hope this helps!

I’m right there with you right now. I’m in the middle of my pre license course with MEC…. I have no background in this industry either, but as soon as I pass, I’ll definitely be applying to lots and lots of loan officer positions lol
@@double_joseph327 I ended up taking Mortgage Educators and Compliance for my pre licensure and state and it was straight trash… but looking to get some test prep from on course, I hear nothing but good things about them.

Personally, we r selling houses. Why such a difficult exam? Oh, RIGHT!!!💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰We have to pay to retake the exam until we pass! Way too much useless information.🧐Shim Sham Sharoo!

@@JTXRP i did take it the first time already, got a 46% i knew very little about the industry now im 19 taking the test again in a few months Im just praying I pass this time 🙏🏻 (thanks for responding)
@@moonknight5408 thank you. Something that I can tell you is to go beyond the top layer of things when studying. My test was full of deep level questions. The birds eye view won’t cut it........
Suggest a good course provider please everyone. I am going to be investing my last savings now. As covid hit me hard and I m unemployed. Please suggest any other easy exam if you know to get job. I m just a simpl gaduate with financial crisis and looking to upscale my career
@@AXLL127 but owner Atricia is no more that means some other faculty will replace her. If she would be the teacher I would have taken..now after her death I m not sure how effective is course now for final exam
@@aallearn4927 the online course they have still uses her teachings and for a few things new and updated her mother fills in the gaps. I still highly recommend this course.

What was your big mistake? Applying the terms? I’m about to take my exam in 2 weeks.

you will, but take it the first time, do the best you can, it will give you an idea of what you have learned and how much more you need to study.

@@moonknight5408 I did not pass. It was really hard. I’ve been taking practice tests and simulated exams and still didn’t pass.
