One more thing: I actually added a little black pepper to the “butter” since it has tumeric. Black pepper is important to add to turmeric because it contains piperine, which enhances the absorption of curcumin (turmeric's active ingredient) by up to 2,000%, making turmeric more effective in the body. There’s your fun fact for the day! ⭐️
Oh my gosh, you are so right about that! I do that in my smoothie every morning because I use fresh turmeric and then throw in ground pepper. But didn’t think of it here. Great advice so smart! THANK YOU!🌻🥰🌻
hi Bob, it’s raw. Actually everything in her Goodbye Lupus Hello Delicious cookbook is raw, thereby qualifying for her Goodbye Lupus protocol. If you try it, I’d be interested in what you think. 🌻🥰🌻
2nd comment…See previous comment. Thank you…Thank you…Thank you so much for sharing Dr. Goldner’s Rapid Recovery program with all of us. Thanks, too, for all the demonstrations regarding the Rapid Recovery Protocol & the recipes. It is made me decide to do this Rapid Recovery program/protocol. Thanks again. Love all of your videos. Thanks for sharing with all of us struggling to overcome our health issues…
Hi Marcia, I very much appreciate your acknowledgment for my work with Dr. Goldner, and delighted that you are taking advantage and working her program. Very smart! Did I reply to your last comment? I don’t see it here and I certainly don’t want to have missed it. 🌻🥰🌻
I am taking a break from homeschooling my boy and I’m literally snacking on cauliflower and this yummy butter!!!! What a funny coincidence! Lovely, lovely demo once again, Nan ❤ Thank you for sharing my comment 😃 I smiled from ear to ear the WHOLE time watching this video. Have an awesome rest of your week! (What did your hubby think of the popcorn?)
Such a treat to hear from you again Raw_Foodsge! I was counting on your watching. Wouldn’t it been great if I could’ve gotten you name out of my mouth properly?!?😂 My husband loved it as well. We ate the bowl of mixed cauliflower and dip for days and days afterwards. Have a terrific weekend!🌻🥰🌻
I have raw broccoli and cauliflower daily with my homemade hummus but now I will have to try my raw veggies with this recipe. Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed day Nan❤

Hi Lisa, I caught my error as well. Sometimes things just slide out of my mouth. I’m glad you like this video and I appreciate your compliment👏❣️! Actually on January 9, I’ll be 74.🥳. Thanks for connecting, and I’m wishing you and yours a very happy holiday as well!🌻🥰🌻
Nan, I have Dr Goldner’s books but I have not tried the buttered popcorn dip. I can’t wait to try it. I have a head of cauliflower in the fridge right now. I just bought your book and I’m excited to read it. Amazon says delivery date Monday 12/23. Wonderful Christmas present to myself. 😊 You look amazing. Thank you for sharing.
Please tell me what you think of the buttered popcorn. I love it as a dip, but I also really enjoyed it over the cauliflower, and then eaten for the next few days as is. I’m thrilled that you got my book there’s a bit of early memoir in there, and then my philosophy on lifestyle is medicine. I hope you enjoy it and get a lot out of it. I appreciate your following my work! Thank you!🌻🥰🌻
No it’s was from Dara Dubinet ,she was raw for years and just this month became carnivore! Hers was nutritional yeast and olive oil or water if you weren’t choosing to use oil , I do like Dr. Goldner’s much better 😁
How interesting, to be plant based, and then go carnivore. I must say I did exactly the opposite… well sorted up… when after a year on a kid genic diet beginning in 2017 my health was declining based on all health markers. That’s when I was referred to all the specialist who told me I had to take pills the rest of my life to turn it around. Instead, the WFPB diet SAVED ME. And then, Dr. Goldner’s protocol took care of the remnant of ill health, and that was the antibodies and high ESR. 👍👏👌
@@NanSimonsen I can’t imagine doing what Dara has to done ,she knew she would loose some followers and I believe she said it was about 200 . Its just seems so very very unhealthy ! It will be interesting to see if she continues it . I support anyone’s food choices ,it is just startling that she’s chosen to go this route . You are so Inspirational and enjoyable to watch and I am so happy eating this way that I know I’ll continue to . Still steaming vegetables at night because I love them so much ! My new go to snack is Cauliflower Popcorn ! It’s Perfect and satisfy’s my crunch on something yummy desire ! Thank You and wishing you Happy Holidays 🌻
Good question. Walnuts are the highest in omega-3 fatty acids of the nuts, but not even close to what flax and Chia have. Also, although higher in omega-3, they’re pretty rich in omega 6 as well. The omega 6s are in everything, and while we’re trying to build our store of omega-3‘s, and because they the 6s will interfere with the absorption of 3s, while we’re trying to heal, dr. Gold, nurse healing protocol, like Goodbye Lupus, focuses on just flax and Chia. If someone is simply on hyper nourishment, the walnuts fit in just fine. I hope this was helpful.🌻🥰🌻
I’ve looked for it, Marcia and didn’t find it, it’s a bit of a maze with multiple comments in multiple videos. But if that that’s what you were telling me- it’s good to know that Well Your World offers sugar-free Sriracha. Thanks for sharing that.🌻🥰🌻
I don't have the oil so I make the popcorn dip with avocado and a little bit of plant milk to thin it out. It is really yummy that way too. It's funny that I like to have a milk shake (my smoothie) for breakfast, popcorn for lunch and ice cream for dinner (blended frozen bananas or other fruit) This lifestyle can be a lot of fun. (I'm usually too full for the frozen fruit though, that's just a once in a while treat)
Hi, yours sounds good too. The point of the coldpressed flax seed oil is that as demonstrated, it is on the Goodbye Lupus protocol, and therefore a healing food. That’s what’s so special about her book, everything in it can help heal us from diseases that we are told by doctors will follow us to our grave. That’s a cute descriptive - milkshake in the morning and buttered popcorn at lunch, and then ice cream for dinner🤣😅😂
@@flattlandermontgomery1524Yes! Using avocado in place of the flax oil makes for a yummy cheesy treat with the nutritional yeast! It is also one of my go-tos for my cruciferous veggies, including raw Brussels sprouts and radishes! I LOVE your humor btw.
@@robinirby222 hi Robin, I’m gonna guess she means avocado oil. On the other hand, I suppose avocado could be used, but it won’t be at all the same thing. If you go with the avocado, please let me know what you think of it that way.🌻🥰🌻
The original meaning of "Vegan" was and is a lifestyle of do no harm to any of the other creatures we share this planet with. It is not about a diet. It includes clothing, and anything else which has been derived from animal products.
You look fabulous, and you are an excellent representation of how wonderful a WFPB diet can be for us!
Wow Anna, what a super sweet comment. I so appreciate you for taking the time to write it. Thank you! Im wishing you a very happy 2025!!!🌻🥳🌻
