The steel framed glass windows are clever. Huge sheet glass panels are economically wrong. Good architecture is doable. You are very insightful 👏 👌 👍 😀 Although reinforced concrete is not adaptable, not normally appropriate material for homes, your structure is open and adding timbers framed new partition walls is doable if needed. 😊😊😊😊

I been around subterranean and earth berm homes, (they are built similar to basement) during construction special drainage system and water proofing are incorporated into the design. It obvious that the site needs carefully selected to help proper drainage away from the structure no different from conventional construction. This style or method of construction can offer Far greater protection and energy saving over above ground homes! Far as bugs any home owner should know what to do!
People who have houses that you can open up the doors this wide and leave them open have obviously never seen videos of mountain lions coming right up to the patio door and taking a swipe at your dog.
