    very nice Joey. nice to c the upper gorge rocking. it wub be 10 years since i was at the junction wen i camped there with my 2 sons n even longer at the gorge proper. remember driving with my brother on my Ps n walking into the junction n camping for days n standing on the middle rock of the junction, had some monster sessions. u r right bout Clarkey n also must remember Rob Smith was there as well. remember sitting in Clarkeys shed helping with the original wooden boomerangs with my brother while they where talking with fisheries bout the eastern cod n wat was needed. started with funding. i remember the draft that was pen that night. was an important period 40 odd years ago. best EC from the junction went 95cm. best bass from the junction went 57cm. both on surface. my age now i wont get bak so enjoy it n look after it.

    Great video. You are right about it not always like this. Went in there last year and got nothing over 2 days. That’s just how it is. Still, it’s a great place to spend some time. We came in from the other side. A pretty wild drive in but it saves walking the k’s. I gather you started at Heifer. Some great fish among those. They looked to be in good health.

    • @fishingwithjollip
      @fishingwithjollip  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea 100% it’s very weather dependent.
      Other side is good for walking that’s for sure.
