I was a Redcat skeptic too. Took a chance last fall and picked up the now discontinued MT10e for my son who needed a proper 1/10 3s truck. Was so impressed with the MT10e I grabbed the Kaiju EXT during their Christmas sale. If you don’t need to send them 40ft in the air, they’re good solid trucks and a ton of value for the money.
I've had my mt since the day they were released. I replaced the shocks with the updated set they auto sent me. Fast and tough it's a great entry level rig
@chriskryder2994 they are tough as nails. I haven't replaced the shocks yet, and the only thing I've broken is a battery strap. It's definitely a great rig!

Got mine today 😂😂😂I have a few red cat the progression from red cat have always follow one path up up and away😂good price good RC easy to mod some other brand should follow the example ,i am not surprise by the quality standard of redcat

Get your self a Dusty Rc Cover to keep that dirt out! FYI Rlaarlo Omni Terminator is 250 and just as quick but metal shocks, metal chassis and metal shock uprights.
I have a blackout, got it brushed, just upgraded the motor, and esc to brushless the whole drive train in it is bulletproof. i have plenty of arrmas an a couple traxxas' and its the only one i have yet to blow a diff on yet. Also the only one i dont have to wrench on when im done. I've even ran 4s on it a couple of times.
Legendary thunder 1/10 scale. I know it's probably not the quality of the red cat for people getting into the hobby. You can get it for $110 brushless. But enough about that I really want this red cat and that price point is amazing.
RedCat passes on there savings, a lot of companies have big mark ups for example- if a RC cost $250 to make …. Hmmmm let’s sell it for $599- if it’s a good product, you really don’t need to do that! Just my 2 cents😉👍🏽💯
It was hard to see on the video. But keep in mind if the truck is rolling backwards you will have a delay as its not sensored. Love the opening shot with the water! Bump up the ride height a little in the front and take a few turns out of the rear. It will help most conditions.

That delay is the low kv. Put it on 6s it will stop doing that. Lol. I just deal with it. I got mine 2days ago. It’s my first redcat, and I absolutely love mine. Just need to do something about those front shocks. Also if u put a little bit bigger tires on there it does real well.

Redcat was never on my radar until this year. They have really been stepping up their game from crawlers to bashers. Awesome job on the review btw.
