You really shouldn't take my word for it, but it's probably either 唯@W or m9nokuro, they do the majority of the illustrations for Arknights story, with m9nokuro I believe being the more prominent one (again, I don't really have a safe source, but it's just my observation)
Damn, IMHO this track are a wasted potential. It was building up hype in 0:59 but they dropped it in a middle of hyping up in 1:46 in favor of looping point for the track, leaving you with kinda awkward feeling. Also this track stops with the hype as the rest is a loop so it would be seamless. it could've been longer, probably 6-7 minutes because most last battle boss do be like that as Talulah fight are kinda long. idk, i think i am just hearing Daredevil from Ace Combat 7 for way too long, that track could've ended it's hype long ago but keeps on hyping.
I’m pretty sure some parts were removed probably because it would become un loopable. Like I’ve heard a few OST of this game without the loop and it was amazing.
