Love Love Love your podcast and rewatch them all the time! You both have an amazing relationship with one another reminds me of my mother and I before she passed. I’m so excited to start this MAL gonna see how many I can get done while I’m recovering from hip replacement surgery soon. I’ve got 3 grandkids to knit for and they are all so knit worthy 😊 I’ve already made an autumn league for each of them and I know they’ll be excited to get another one.
The quilt is a work of art so your artist bro is bound to love it! I'm plugging away on my Sparky sweater (in plum wine and a gradient pink) by A.Mowry while watching you two today.
I bought yarn for the Autumn League Pullover...influenced by you and two podcasts here in Canada. I stored the yarn in a pretty safe place, and now I can't find it 😒😄. I'll have to keep looking so I can start knitting it in the new year!
I’m the same way with blankets. Acrylic or acrylic mixes, all the way. Often from Hobby Lobby or KnitPicks. For the same reasons you mentioned plus - non super-wash wool with lanolin causes my hands to break out in a nasty red rash. It’s the lanolin. Makes me sad but I just have to deal with it. I currently have 3 blanket WIPS: Starflower Blanket - I’m doing in Brava Sport from KnitPicks that I got on a fantastic sale for $1 a skein. Camp-Along Blanket - using stash. And a pinwheel block blanket by Yarnspirations (called Country Quilt) using stash. I love doing pieced blankets. I used to quilt a lot and even taught quilt classes, so I gravitate towards the knitted blankets that look like patchwork.
Wow! That’s impressive! I’ve never finished knitting a blanket. I have one on the go but I still have tons left to knit and it’s taking me forever! Crochet is faster for that lol
@@stringsattached336 yes, I did get the updated version. I have been wanting to knit this sweater for a long time. I planned to try to figure out how to knit it in the round, but I’m glad she updated the pattern.

Great to knit with you this morning. I cast on my Autumn League Pullover. I really enjoy your podcast. You both do such beautiful work.
Thank you! The Autumn league pullover is a nice and relaxing knit. Did you get the updated version of the pattern with the in the round modification?

I love your podcast, your pink sweater is beautiful. What pattern is that?😊
If you mean the one I’m wearing, it’s not hand knitted.. just a clearance rack find 😉
Oh, still pretty.
