A-1 Turbo in Southern California does an incredible upgrade with a great warranty for a 30 to 40 HP upgrade. They change the exhaust turbine to a 9 blade titanium turbine and the compressor turbine is a taller Billet 11 blade with an upgraded thrust barring.
This is so helpful, just bought a s60r that needs rebuilding from the block up. My biggest challenge was putting the turbo back together but this should be enough to help me complete it
Hi man !!! Great video. I have a question: Is it enough to simply replace the bearing? I have a new K24 refurbishment and I am going to buy the 360 ° bearing itself. Will it fit without changing other parts around? Thanx
@@eurojulien Thanks, but we probably don't understand each other. I have a whole new set of 270 ° in the turbo. I want to ask if I can only take bearing + (some washer) for the upgrade. If the bearing itself is plug in play ... thanks .... (I have about 5 new sets of 270 at home :-))

does the ECU need a re-tune in this case?
looks good! nice move with the 360 bearing. you should get a Forge CBV on there, one of the best upgrade I've done.

You'd need the entire 360 rebuild kit and it should drop right in. If your turbo has been balanced with a 270 bearing i'd leave it as is, though.
