That's so true! I feel like the Pro Staff is the only racket that makes people wanna play with it just for the looks alone. We'd love to test the Prestige lineup and hopefully we will. Though they're in very low demand in Spain. This being a country of dominantly topspin players 😬
I personally prefer the Dunlop cx200 tour 18x20 with some lead. It's faster through the air, similar or a little bit more spin due to the thinner beam that cuts faster through the air. And power wise the Dunlop to me has more power in the serve that i really lacked with the vcore 95. All other shots the power is similar between the 2

Mooshy flexy racquets are just weird for me... The only ones I've liked are vcore pro and blade v8. I like racquets that injure me haha

Great video. Personally Yonex should think renaming the Vcore (Pro) line so it has 3 distinct ones. Pro more often makes people believe it's simply a more "pro stock" style version of the racquet but not a completely different line.

I have the v13 pro staff and I agree with your opinion in that it has amazing control of volleys, slices and serves. I had to change my forehand to a more flatter shot to optimize the use of the racket. But after a learning period of about 1-2 months, it is fantastic. I need to try the autograph model one day or as you suggested, use lead tape on the V13 though the playing weight of my racket is already around 12.2 oz. Thanks for the video.
Awesome for doing top 5 on frames you have reviewed. It helps to weed out arguments for classic control frames or as mentioned frames that you did not try.
Very good list Glads. I do agree with your comments about the RF97A, and in a similar vain (control through mass) the Dunlop MAX 200G does the same but has a nicer feel. As that legend stick is 40 years old this year, how about a classic playtest?
I tried out the ProStaff ultralight 97 pro , it was one of the only light weight racket I liked. But ended up buying Ezone 98 2020 model I added some lead tape to it.

Thank you! Are you referring to the PS 97? 315g or the RF. Either way if you're thinking of switching, I'd try my best to playtest before doing so. Especially if you're switching because of a possible injury.

@@クリームイカ i think you should give the gravity pro a chance. Launch angle more similar to pure strike and more forgiving and more power than the vcore. Also a lower flex. I think that is the better choice with your injury
@@LarzB Thanks for your kind response. I think my issue with the pure strike are the stiffness, swing weight and twist weight. Sometimes it's hard to admit that you are not that strong. I'm fine with the injury now but these things I metion may tired my body and make me suffer, and also stop you from entering to a higher level. I'll definitely want to try Gravity pro in the future. For now, I think the mid stiffness probably suit me fine
2,5 out of 5 i have in my bag. The 0.5 because of the vcore pro 97 330. I have the even more control oriented 320 18x20 hd former version. I also have had the vcore 95 and the new version 97d of the vcp, but the older version is better. Gravity pro and blade 18x20 are in my bag as well. Other ones in my bag are prince synergy 98, Dunlop cx200 tour 18x20 and prince phantom 93p 18x20. I don't like the prestige mp/pro so i sold that one. Same for the speed pro which i have played many years with. For singles i gravitate towards the Dunlop cx200 tour 18x20, with doubles the gravity pro. With training sessions the prince phantom 93p

The Dunlop has a very round shape head and feels also bigger than it's 95, similar to the vcore 95, but better. Stock the swing weight/ plow of the Dunlop is a little bit too low. You should try it
Glad to see my racket is number 3 is on the list, i have the Yonex 97, 330gr Version, and with my customization we are talking with a beast of 373 gr, also..not always new version means better... i tried the new version an in my opinion is no better than 2019 version...great choices guys (obviously...hahahaha)...

Hi, I’m looking to tail weight my radical mp so that it’s more headlight. About 6-8 grams would do I guess. But I’ve never done tail weight myself and how do you suggest I do it?
The way it's done in our rackets is by using silicone in the grip. I've tried wrapping lead around the grip and putting an overgrip on top to see if I like the weight like that before commiting to silicone. Just as an idea 😉
@@fluffy_skye I let our stringer take care of the precise job like that cuz he's good that 😂 It's doable if you want to do it yourself. It's not rocket science but if you have the chance to use a hand of a professional, I'd recommend you do so.

They're very similar and thr choice would come down to personal preference and thr string setup. If you have the chance I'd really try to test them before you buy. Though, there's always Areg's way of choosing. Picking whichever one looks better to you 😂😂😂

Absolutely! You're right, 330 might be a bit too much 😬 Tgough you can gradually raise the weight with some lead on your 310g version.

Absolutely love my Vcore 95. Good to see it being represented here. That said, the v13 PS do look so sexy!

You have to lower the tension in the Vcore to open it up and add weight in the hoop. Otherwise it doesn’t play that nice.

We haven't done those yet. The Speed pro is more of balanced rather than control oriented racket.
