I think it’s a fun idea but videos never really perform well when they are longer than 10 minutes, I believe. It’s interesting to see how your life looks like but perhaps people are more interested in the super duper secret pizza making skills😄
I love your tutorial videos and have also watched the longer ones. I haven't watched this one yet, mainly because I don't need to immediately know how to make hundreds of Pizzas. Maybe change the title to "Make many pizzas for friends and parties"?
here in brazil we have two non-cheese pizza flavours: "baiana - which is filled (or would be topped. i don't know hehehe) within green and red peppers, chili peppers, and some other things but no cheese at all. the other one is marinara, which of course is very famous. no way for pizza without cheese. I always have in mind about a pizza within melting cheese upside and a crust cheese downside. 😋🧀🍕

Oh my goodness. I am exhausted just watching. How you can do this and still like pizza is amazing. The people who aren't watching probably don't care about trying to make it a living, so it doesn't apply to them. Even if I had the skill, I'd never have the people patience to do it..I'd throw my unruly clients in the oven... Soft yet crunchy. 🤣

Margaritta is the queen of all pizza's. It is simplest in way of ingredients but the hardest to make it right. That is because it hasn't lot of ingredients and when somethings go wrong you have not the way to mask it. Thx Vito for all free knowledge that you gave to us.
@@RedRisotto Make it right is extremely hard. And it is not so cheep eather. Buffalo Mozzarela Manitoba + zero zero flower Fresh Basel Extra virgin olive oil Grand Padano + Tomatos. And not forget energie (Gas, wood or electricity).
I like how you can prepare the food - dough - outside, in your garden and then officially sell it at a pizza party. In my country, you need to have dedicated room for food preparations, following strict hygiene rules... :)
