Police Arrest Man After Smoking in Palisades Park and Fleeing from Officers

On Sunday, August 18, 2024, Santa Monica Police Officers on routine patrol at Palisades Park encountered an individual smoking, highlighting the city’s strict enforcement of smoking regulations.
