Great informative video. If there is indeed a risk that the stepchild might age out, would you suggest that the US citizen/step parent file for their step child abroad PRIOR to getting a receipt from USCIS for their US based foreign born spouse's i-130/i-485 applications?

What happens when step kids “Age Out” my stepson is 20 and turns 21 in January and debating adding him to our case. But what are the drawbacks to “aging out” or doing now at 20? Any advice will help?
