I have the Otis Elite cleaning kit. I use it as a pillow when I overnight in my truck. Dual purpose cleaning kit.
Haha nice! It is about the right size for that now that you mention it.
I use the same Otis Kit but I guess I am old fashion still using Ed's Red.
Nothing wrong with that!
Beautiful rifle brother, I'm looking to get one in 357. Thanks for showing us all how to properly care for it.
Appreciate the comment brother! Man you should definitely grab one when you can. I’ve been thinking of getting a .357mag version since I only have 2 in .44mag and 1 in .22LR at the moment. .357mag/.38Special makes perfect sense.
definitely one I'll be bookmarking for when I take mine down!!
Glad you enjoyed it! Hopefully it helps some folk. Leverguns aren’t terrible to work on but can be tricky at times.
Now it's ready for the next trip out whether it be a hunting trip or a trip to the range.
It sure is. Always appreciate you stopping by!
Great educational video.
Thanks! Was a long one, but hopefully helps some folk.
Cool video, it definitely will help me now how to clean my lever action rifle 👍🏽
Thanks brother! Glad you’ll get some help out of it.

😃
Good job brother
Thanks brother! Hope it helps some folk.
Great cleaning video Brother I really enjoyed watching this I have never watched a lever action cleaning video
Appreciate you stopping by brother! They’re not too difficult to take apart, but have some things to pay attention to. I’ve had my old Marlin .44mag apart so many times to work on it’s not even funny.
Will you be using this again for this deer season?
I might, but really want to use the SFAR this year. Will see… I’m still trying to figure out where I’ll be hunting. That will make the choice easier. The .44mag is really a 100yard and under rifle for the most part.
@ChristianGrest I'm going to try the SFAR 1 day. Here in Wisconsin our Gun season is only 1 week so not a lot of time.
@@publicdefender77 it’s longer here in NC, but if I go to Kentucky again it’s only a week there I believe. I typically take 2 rifles anywhere I go.
Good how to
Thanks! Hope it helps some folk.!
