that rusted old thing did not look like it would start or move but she is not finished with life yet. great to see it up and moving. nice job bud. cheers.
I dont know how old you are, but I can see anyway, that you are a credit to senior people. Loved your video which was so laid back entertaining and interesting.
nice job fun to watch. Although the owner is way too high on price I restore old Internationals mostly the farmall series , that there is a 1000 dollar tractor only because it runs but not on its own and that's on the high end all day long. It needs a lot a work to get to the 2500 dollar mark with a paint job and new tires. The fact that it needs a jumper to start doesn't make it a true runner. A true runner is starting on its own with out external help.
Excellent video Wiley :) my late Father 1963 McCormick International B414 Loader tractor Desiel cost him $3.500 brand new at International dealership and 1968 International 624 A Desiel motor tractor $5.000 brand new at dealership too ! Also you should be figuring the wires on GM Alternator do easy Wiley and prime up with Fuel tank to filters to injection pump to injectors to get started up again ! It easy to do ! I restoration old 1963 McCormick International B414 Loader tractor Desiel motor had 4 cylinders motor did for about $ 1,000 in 1994 from parts tractor I found ! Only new parts was brakes , engine rebuilt, clutch plate and tires cost bit more like $2.500 extra but tractor for scrap at was only $1.000 ! But this tractor get fix be worth $4.000 in these years from parts to paint and decals! Also lots older don't need Ether to just good engine oil pressure and fuel and boom started up! That White tractor is 105 C or D version!
Great job Wiley...nice when they don't fight you too bad. Be a nice tractor for a small operation plus it's easy to work on without all the trappings of electronics. Great to see this old iron fire up and drive. Appreciate you sharing your amazing day with us.😊🇺🇸🚜🔧🛠️😇
Hello Wily, I would say with some TLC and a few parts from Steiners that the IH tractor would still have a lot of working life to it. Those tractors are really good on smaller farms to bush hog with and for food plots. When I was with the highway department here in KY, We had the similar size Case IH tractors in the late 1980s to late 1990s that had the Triumph Side Sickle mowers and the brush hog type rear mowers that would start in cold weather pretty quickly actually depending on how good the battery was. Unfortunately those tractors were not so forgiving with the clutches compared to the Ford tractors that we had in the fleet. Those crossover tubes in the fuel tanks were very prone to stopping up with crud from inside the bottom of the fuel tanks if they weren’t maintained properly Unfortunately you tend to pick up a lot of that bad stuff in the fuel tanks especially when you pump fuel from a truck mounted tank that doesn’t have a filter or a tank that the filter hasn’t been replaced as it should be.
Way to go Wiley!! Great job! That thing is as smooth as silk! Really sounds good. I bet that engine would make a pretty good generator. Killer video, Wiley. Thanks for sharing!!
I've seen many people asking way too much $$$ for machinery, farm stuff but most needed tons of work and new rubber which this International already has.. He should be open to offers as well, Fair offers. Good job Willy. BTW I don't miss Hank one bit as you've always been the Star! IMHO.
You got 'er running easier than I thought Wily. My dad bought a new IH 454..(earlier model than the 464, very few changes) in 1972,,$3850. I put many hours on it. They were notorious for bad brakes. I enjoy your videos!.
Thanks for another great video Wiley. It was interesting. Appears to be a nice small tractor with needing some TLC. After checking it over you got it running without much trouble at all. Runs real well it seems. You got it going without any trouble at all. Some TLC and stuff, and believe someone could have a handy tractor there. My compliments Wiley. She runs. Thanks for everything. You take care. Thanks. The Iowa Farm Boy. Steve.
Good job getting it running Wily! Runs really good, sounds like. And drives good too. If he'll let you, I'd come back and do a will it run on that White. Thanks for sharing!
Nice tractor, made in Doncaster England, carried the 454 number over here, the cold start facility is on the stop cable, when the lever on pump comes back to rest on the spring loaded pin, that is your cold start position, never known them require starting fluid unless realy low sub zero temp
So the International turned into a mighty fine tractor for someone. For 2500 the farmer should throw in another rear tire on it. What Wily would ask is the White and Allis Chalmers for how much all three. If 3,000 for all three, well good. If 5 or 6000 ok. If 7,000 or more a dead pass.
$2,500 is a fair price I have the 454 which has more HP and I have a lot more invested it it and I have no steering but you were driving it with the parking brake on
Besides the fact that the metal is in such bad shape you need 4 tires which would be almost another 2k. You could be buried deep in this and still have a tractor worth about 3500.
Careful Wiley; guys our age ain't supposed to be eating the goodies like that. We'll get the long face from the doctor come checkup time. Of course, you only live once 😁Oh, and is the boot included in the purchase price?
New tires alone make it worth about $500. Don't ever get them running until you get them bought. It's been sitting there ten years at least. Why didn't you park it in one of those sheds?

Thanks for watching. Its really sad that these old tractors get left behind.
Good job getting it running Wily! Runs really good, sounds like. And drives good too. If he'll let you, I'd come back and do a will it run on that White. Thanks for sharing!
I will and thanks for watching
Nice old tractor. But $2500 is way too much to asked. At an auction and if it ran, you could pick it up for $500-$700, and if not running, $250-$400.
Thanks for sharing and watching
@@DontbeWilythat's a very tactful reply, Mr. Wily.

Very good job and God bless y'all

Otra mas de wally 🎉
Wily would he want to sell those skid steer buckets?😊
I didn’t notice them. I can find out
You really need to crank that White and the Allis
We are going back
well done good one sent to my international club in uk
He bought that tractor many times over with the work that tractor has done so 2,500 is way to much. Great video, be safe and God Bless y'all!!

$2,500 is a fair price I have the 454 which has more HP and I have a lot more invested it it and I have no steering but you were driving it with the parking brake on

The longer it sits, the cleaner the oil because the foreign material settles out over time
Besides the fact that the metal is in such bad shape you need 4 tires which would be almost another 2k. You could be buried deep in this and still have a tractor worth about 3500.
Thanks for sharing and watching
transamission needs oil Wily
If it was not so far away I would be more than interested don't care if it runs
Sounds great
Thanks for watching
I'd wager thats more like a $750 tractor but it does seem to run well.
Thanks for watching
I have been looking around and 2thousand is all i would pay for it and i am pretty sure he would come down on the price you always start high.
Agree. Thanks for watching
500 dollars would be pushing it the internals would probably need a major overhaul
That tractor is ready to go plow a field.
Wouldn’t that be something
Thanks for watching
Anything that runs would bring $1000.00
Thanks for watching
Sounds like it needs power steering fluid.
Careful Wiley; guys our age ain't supposed to be eating the goodies like that. We'll get the long face from the doctor come checkup time. Of course, you only live once 😁Oh, and is the boot included in the purchase price?
Lol. I think he would definitely let the boot go with machine
Thanks for watching
Good job getting it fired up and moving….but, I’m sure 500 and hauling it out of there would be a great deal for the seller.
Thank you
I'd take a Zero off. $2500 is "nuts"!!
Lol. Thanks for watching
Gd job old timer
Thank you
Like the boot
Thank you
$2500. Funny! At a farm auction if it ran $400.
New tires alone make it worth about $500. Don't ever get them running until you get them bought. It's been sitting there ten years at least. Why didn't you park it in one of those sheds?
I really was not trying to buy it myself but you are right about buying them dead
