place W, use to your W and while youre in the air use q
you will need of smartcast
it's really easy to do. W, use E to dash forward and while mid-dash use your Q to dash further.

I always maxes W first, you just need to know how to read the skills bro..

Q is for constantly poking ur enemies in lane as well as be much more useful in teamfights
That's why most Azir goes for Q max
However if you are not confident enough to be sustaining your lane (Here as Zed counters Azir a lot), u can max ur W first for farming in the laning phase and staying safe without participating ganks/teamfights

Why w max over q?
W gives a lot of attack speed and does more dmg than Q max
w max is better against melee matchups on azir, because you dont need to waste as much mana and get a better clear/more sustained trade out of it.
although maxing Q and go for damage is also insane. I mostly go for Luden's first and max Q, the first hit almost kills Zed.
Maxing w is not bad, You can q for the slow, then you free hit to harass your opponent, and gives your soldiers a lot of damage.

This is one of the worst zeds i have ever seen. Zed counters azir and harrasses him very efficiently. This zed never took advantage of the distance and kept farming without harrassing the azir causing him to lose lane pressure. Everytime i zed vs azir i just wait for him to q then I basically go all in and its gg. He is defenseless, and i can w through his ult very easily

And this is what separates good players from bad. While you would probably try to match an assassins roams with no vision of the jungle and and an enemy jungler who can pop behind you from base, this azir decided to get first turret gold which worth more than the double kill bot lane and gives his team gold in general as well an objective accomplished. More than likely if he tried to match roams 1) he wouldn't get first turret gold which is worth way more than a double kill, 2)Any zed worth his salt would be able to delete anyone botlane outnumber Azir even if he's ahead and kill him gaining shutdown gold. With no pressure mid you can focus down the bot turret and know that even if their jungler appears your jungler can match and the numbers are still in your favor. Zed continues the snowball GG.
