Everyone here talking shitt are all below challenger no doubt. Bunch of bronze,silver and gold scrubz. Annie's a really easy champion to play, but the way he executed all those plays is what won them the game. Something low elo kids know nothing about.
The irony is the people complaining about "low skill champs" are the exact kind who need them and dont know it haha

like, viktor has really high damage just like annie, and they can both one shot each other. annie is really slow and squishy and makes up for that through high damage. don't hate

YOLO. Annie can dodge her R,Q and even E but harder. Also Lux roots and doesn't stun so Annie can fck her up better with all in ;p. Talon can counter her, Zed and Fizz. Basically assassins who can go in easily when her passive is used to farm. Vel Koz would be a lot better vs her than lux.
LucaTurilli89 Anyone can dodge Lux's spells, just poke Annie down with E and she won't be able to get on top of you. Fizz is kinda of a counter, but I don't think a decent Annie would use her spells for farming. Vel'Koz is great too, and P.S: Lux is ONE of the champs that can beat Annie, never said it was the better.
Well, almost any champ can beat any champ really.

not exactly. Nocturne is hard counter to many champs for example and especially to Zed/Fizz/Vayne/Yi/Annie etc.Diana beats LB and TF hard :).

Sure. Play Annie vs assasins with 2x your range, shittons of escapes, free shields and counter items for stuns (or with rengar build in counter) and see how "0 skillcap" it is

***** You clearly have no idea what skillcap even means.
Skillcab is the amount of skill needed to play a champion to it's full potential. Annie is easy MECHANICLY but not skill wise if you are higher than gold. In silver you might get away with having no positioning skills, no escapes, poor warding etc but if you play a champion like Annie who selely relies on a stun and early lead then she is only easy skillwise if you play her in bronz/silver. Especially since this meta is all assasins.
You say every Annie is the best Annie? Play Annie in diamond and tell me how easy it is. There is a reason champs with no escapes are rarely ever played in high elo. You need twice as much skill to do well with them because of how unreliable they are.
