    Where is part 2?
PS concerning Travis' comment: If you look it up you'll see a few things. What Groeschel was referencing was a phenomenon between unstable priests older teen kids, basically putting ANY unstable people together). While it might be a complicated theory worth investigating (he being a Phd) it was not at all popular idea to be speaking about. He quickly went on to retract the statement and apologize. (see NYT Aug. 20, 2012)

@Jack Milton What Fr. Benedict said it's a fact, sometimes teenagers seduce priests (teachers and even relatieves), however that does not excuse in any form the responsability of the adult to resist the temptation and to try to help the minor in a meaningful way. The problem with his declaration is that he could have given a full and better explained answer, but if you look to the many times he spoke of the matter and gave a more complete answer, you should look at the video: "the virtue-driven life". The media took that declaration, misinterpreted and portrait it in a way he didn't meant to, it was the perfect opportunity for them to take him down and crucified him.

@Jack Milton a priest is also human; unless you are some highly super human with great self control, you struggle with self control worse than anyone I imagine. Knee jerk reactions do not become us when we learn to love others despite their flaws.

For those who said chastity and celibacy is possible; but if it's possible, it doesn't mean the observance is guaranteed to succeed.
Anyway, it's more of jealousy or politics in the church; the reason for it; it's not realistic or fair; that's why the discipline remains like that in the Catholic secular priesthood.
St Paul said: " It's better to marry than to burn."
It means St Paul has his consent for marriage for the secular priest.
The almost impossible observance o of the vow of celibacy on the secular priest seems to be the last recourse of the devil to get the downfall of the soul of the priest of God.
At least, the Orthodox Church had already solved that problem in the church.
In the final analysis, the problem of celibacy in the secular priesthood is not really sexual; it's about loneliness.
It's the problem of Adam being alone; and God takes pity on him.
The problem of loneliness is first; sexuality second.

St Paul did not mean by this that we shouldn't be celibate if we can be. He was not referring to priests by the way! celibacy is not impossible or 'nearly impossible', that's just an opinion which happens to be wrong. one can be celibate and not alone.

By the grace of god, celibacy is definitely possible. We are not slaves to our desires. We conquer ourselves
