- Hello guys and gals, it's me Mutahar again! This time we take a look at MrBeast about a month later after some rather serious misconduct was alleged and without any address it's quickly shifted into selling lunches and serious alleged misconduct of a massive production. Thanks for watching!

- He covered up the fact that his friend is a predator while making that friend one of the primary figures on his channel that he knows has a target audience of children.
- He allegedly hired, employed, and paid offenders / felons to work within his company as well as move those types of people around between his other companies when they caused problems instead of firing them.
- He mistreats people that take part in his ”win money challenges,” as well as taking no safety precautions to the point where many people have had to go to the hospital both in the past and recently, and they are forced to sign an agreement before taking part in the challenge that states that they aren’t allowed to tell anyone anything nor sue Mr. Beast for the damages he causes to them.
- He faked most of his videos and lied to everyone straight to their faces by claiming that everything is 100% real on multiple interviews when they aren't.
- And in the midst of all of this, he decides it’d be a good idea to team up with one of the most well-known scam TH-camrs ever who would sell his own audience off if he was given a good enough offer, as well as another TH-camr who has such a big ego that if he fell off his high horse, he’d fall from the clouds, to make an unhealthy lunchbox that they market specifically towards children, and as a bonus, they decide to attack / harass DanTDM when he spoke out against them, and Dan is one of the oldest and most well-respected TH-camrs ever.
And that’s not even all of it.
I wonder what he does next...
I mean you can hate on him for everything but one thing if someone's a felon that means they pay their debts to society and they deserve a second chance not a third or fourth but they do deserve a second chance.

Their products were tested already. They actually are *slightly* healthier than normal lunchables as well as having slightly more calories(more food). That being said, as a snack, it still pretty unhealthy when compared to the multitude of snacks that are available to eat.

It's concerning to see the disparities between what is marketed and the real facts. The selling of health products to impressionable youngsters needs stricter regulations and actual scientific backing.
"Health products" is the exact opposite of what was being handed out to kid's. "Health products" makes it seem like a good thing for the body.

Mr. Beast and other creators making products to sell to their audiences isn't wrong in itself, the issue lies in honest and ethical advertising and business practices.
i think we need to stop letting youtubers sell products like food, skincare and finance services. they are not experts in those fields, theyre experts in manipulation. thats a very dangerous slope, especially for kids. we are seeing kids drinking energy drinks, using skincare and wanting to get into crypto at the ripe old ages of like 8-13. thats not right.
While I would never buy anything shilled by anyone on TH-cam, kids don't have jobs. If they are buying energy drinks, crypto, and skincare, it's the parents money they are spending. It's the parents job to educate their children to not believe what they see and hear on the internet. That being said, most of the youtubers I watch don't really shill out products. Muta does a few, but I enjoy his content, and I'm not dumb enough to buy anything being sold. TH-cam is run by Google, in the United States. They can sell what they want, it's a free country.
TH-cam definitely needs to crack down on 3rd party sponsorship, hopefully it weeds out the money grubbers.

I will mention that Dogpack has said that he has sent many people with abuse allegations to journalists and other sources better than him because he knows that he doesn't have the resources or ability to help them, which kind of gives me the impression that he isn't doing it for clout. He's mentioned that he went back and forth on releasing that third video, and I suspect he did it in part because he had said he would release a third that would include information about particular people (like James Warren). It was definitely more scattered than the other two (and had the James Warren comment problem). I get the impression from some of his interviews that at one point he was overwhelmed by the amount of people coming forward with sexual abuse, which he wisely didn't pursue himself.
Dogpack being careful and calculated in releasing what he does is commendable. People saying “oh, he should just let it all out in one go” are thankfully not the ones in his shoes. The entire thing would’ve been squashed like a bug, victims end in a worse place, and whoever tries something like this to expose massive fraud and corruption would be silenced much easier.
People are missing this point.. he was wise handing the case and more serious allegations to more profissional people that know their stuff and work on the field.. he even said that...instead they act like It was mishandling of his part.. i think he don't thought there would be so many people coming forward(and so many new things) and he eventually got to know there was gonna be a lawsuit and serious law involved and left It to be done by more capable hands at the rightful time .. People follow bread and dramatubes.. and when real people do their stuff right they treat him like a Tool/fraud... P. Diddy was never a model citizen but most of the stuff that is NOW known about him wasn’t on the public radar. Prior to a few years back, no one batted an eye to Diddy anymore than someone like Charlie Sheen, Jared Leto or Jared from Subway PRIOR to 2015/16. Wasn't Prime being sued over trying to cancelled orders of bottles of prime and breach of contract? I can't help thinking this is partly a cunning way to offload a load of Prime bottles to try and get out of the case....
Maybe that's why the Dollar Tree is now selling unused Prime now for $1.25. Even then, it isn't worth the price.

not sure i would go so far as to discredit EVERYTHING dogpack alleged, his error was extreme, but it is foolish to discount everything he has brought up because of it in my opinion. Maybe instead of thinking "I shouldn't believe anything this guy ever says", you might be better of thinking "Well, he is obviously a biased source, so I will take everything he says with a grain of salt", I believe that to be way more conducive to critical thinking instead of going from one extreme to the other, especially when he does bring up allegations that do seem to be a lot more credible, and should be looked into more.
Well sure absolutely. But i do think dogpacks approaching it the wrong way maybe? It's great that he's said all the things he's said its been crucial right, buuut i do think that letting your mouth slip is indicitive of having a poor approach to it in general.
Which you know like i could do the same i get it, but it is definitely feedback i'd give to him if i could, but that's just my stance anyhow.

I think it's also wild to discredit everything someone says based off them getting one thing wrong rather than looking at the balance of the person and their creditability. A more reasonable response would be "he's been right about most of the things he's talked about and has provided evidence that others have corroborated, so he's probably telling the truth, but maybe I need more evidence to believe some claims."
I think Dawson said in an interview that he made that claim because of things people he trusts who worked at Beast have told him. Now, maybe those sources got it wrong or confused... or they are right, and it just hasn't been proven yet. Maybe it happened in another state, maybe charges were never pressed, maybe it happened when he was a juvenile, etc. There are reasons why charges may not have been found or filed. Just because he isn't THAT James Warren doesn't mean he hasn't hit girlfriends. I find it very difficult to believe that someone who covered for their predator bestie twice is not also a scumbag. Given Mr. Beast's track record, I personally am not inclined to give that company the benefit of the doubt since more and more keeps coming out about them.

So he did have a retraction? Saying that undoes all of the other evidence he has put forward is kind of a bad take. Dogpack posting the wrong info is a big issue, he needs to fix that video up asap. It does seem llike he's trying to do the right thing in the long run. Mr Beast and crew do need to be held accountable for all of the actions and damages that they have caused, and the way that he has been protected, and has tried to say nothing is extremely disgraceful. Everything about him is a sham. If you let your kids watch him at this point, you are not a fit parent imo.
Having been an employer in multiple states California has some of the strictist labor laws and penalties. An example of this is when you term an employee you are supposed to pay them that day for their last work. My company provided non emergency medical transportation. An employee drove drunk at 0500 in the morning and was luckily caught by police before he could pick up a patient. We fired him that day...but waited 72 hours to pay them and had to pay a fee to the state of California...and the employee tried to sue us.
Always go with a suspension until further notice until you can get the last check ready and add two hours for the firing to it in California.

I don't think this is a valid reason to assume Dogpack lied about everything, everyone should always have a healthy dose of skepticism and just weigh what he says against the evidence he provides, but you're wrong in acting as if everything he's claimed shouldn't be believed.

And even then, he said that he should have waited for a full report on the topic which I can also agree with, but shouldn't be something that's held against him as he made it clear it's a big allegation. I have been very supportive of creators exposing all of the issues, which without a doubt exist and overshadow anything good, but from a businesses perspective, the handbook contains a ton of objectively good business guidance. That is the content these "business representation" are lauding.

That's literally his ONLY bad point from what I've seen and while he does make serious allegations, he LITERALLY makes sure to notify the audience that there are numerous people with that name amongst other things. Did you want him to say blatantly to take it with a grain of salt?
Everything else is blatantly and utterly true. One is literally an eye witness testimony. The first video shows ample valid evidence that Beast takes advantage of kids and promotes bad behavior. His third video gives ample evidence for his accusations against the main guy he put in the thumbnail. He also has verified employee testimonials which is a journalist org would run since they've verified the source.
But he screws up a part of one video while being transparent that he could be wrong and that negates everything else.

I was on a Mr. Beast challenge once. It was the one where we had to hide for 10 hours in a mall.
Ill never forget spending 7 hours with no food, through the night, incredibly uncomfortable hiding in a small space that made my legs go numb every 10 minutes.
All of that for him to use infared drones and a SWAT team to get me and everyone else in the area out in the last hours in a game of HIDE AND SEEK. He then gave them the money in front of us.

I will hold merit to dogpack being a sloppy journalist. He clearly isn't the best suited for this, and he him self admits that. I also think that most of the claims can't be 100% trusted by multiple channels covering Mr Beast since you don't know who it's coming from. I respect peoples privacy, but at the same time it's that privacy that makes testimony untrust worthy.
