This was one crazy day in the forest! The trails were almost perfect for this and we had the place to ourselves. Kaylo Baines absolutely killed it with some of the biggest jumps I've ever seen. Please share this video if you found it entertaining. Thanks for watching :)
What an amazing SUV skate video!!! Been thinking about trying my SUVs on my local MTB trail. However, these trails can be steep and thought controlling the speed would be an issue. How did you guys handle the breaking and cornering? Also have you guys tried a pump track with the SUVs skates? Tried them once, but in those the problem is to keep the speed as those aren't downhill.
Glad you enjoyed it Luis! There is no stopping on these skates, it's almost impossible to "carve" them without them sliding out so there's no way to control your speed by turning. They don't really work on pump tracks either, you need a bit of a downhill to maintain speed.
What set ups are you guys running, boot, frames and / or wheels? Considering building a set for this exact type of blading but wouldn't mind a little insight from experience
Hi Jay, I use the Seba carbon boot with the powerslide SUV 125 frame and wheels. Kaylo is using the Rollerblade Coyote which is 20 years old and Dallas is using the USD Imperial complete off road skate

@@ktextreme thanks for the info. My current boots too heavy been tempted by the Sebas but good to know the versatility of other boots out there
Awesome day!
can roller skates be on these trails??? (with maybe 60mm-68mm & 70A-78A wheels)??
Heck no! In the beginning of the video it shows us pumping up our tires. These trails are not possible without pneumatic wheels ;)
What skates are these?
Off-road or SUV
Mountain Blades
