I do have a run here where I do a legendary run with all 3 classes th-cam.com/video/ychauSLb8uI/w-d-xo.html although this uses a glitch which makes the game quite a bit easier so thats probably not what youre looking for if you wanna see a glitchless legend run with all 3 classes, you can watch zabolec's run here: th-cam.com/video/92eqZGmhhvs/w-d-xo.html he's very good at the game so I recommend giving it a watch :)
The current WR (which is around 5 seconds faster than my 39:14), uses the Psychological class. It honestly really surprised me that any other class was competitive with Biological but yeah Psychological and Biological are both viable. I think Biological has slightly more potential, but is more RNG-reliable (to get a really good run on Biological you would need both the 1/6 Unholy Runeblade on the first try and the 1/4 Emerald Death from The Hydra)

So Bio is the fastest class for speedrun?
