Gheenoe LT25 Custom Marine Decking - Make Your Boat Look Amazing!

- We are excited about our new Marine Mat marine grade foam decking that we added onto our Gheenoe LT25. We worked with a local Marine Mat dealer, Swell Decks. They came out to measure the boat using a cool machine that sent back exact measurements. They sent us a template for approval. Then about 3 weeks later, they came out to install it on our Gheenoe. We never had to take the boat anywhere, they came to us. Wow, what a difference it made!

Very nice! I'm jealous, I actually sold my Lt 25 Raptor the day before we had to go home fromm Weeki Wachee. Bought a bay boat to get farther out. Now I'm ordering another one and I guess I'll have 2 boats.

I see to many people using dark colors on the marine mat or sea dek. Thank god you got a light color. It makes a world of difference on ya feet and on the heat. Of course , yours will be a slight bit hotter than the white floor but better on ya feet for sure. My dark grey kayak got a full light grey sea dek. My dark blue kayak got a full caribbean blue which is a very light blue sea dek and my autopilot 136 will get a very light peach color when the padding starts to fail on it. Good stuff.

It was no extra cost to come to the house to measure the boat. They used the special machine to get exact measurements.
Really thinking about having this done to my classic. If you don’t mind what is a ball park of what this would cost to have done?
It is custom for each boat and you pay per sheet plus labor. We needed 3 sheets. It was about $1300.
I noticed you have the fold away hinge. I installed mine today in a similar position as yours. I noticed when I use my winch post that it caused the trailer tongue to move up slightly at an upward angle. Have you experienced anything like this? How is using the winch post for you given that the fold away bracket is behind the winch post and not in front.
We have had a similar issue. For us, it results in downward pressure on the front trailer wheel it makes it difficult to tilt it up and out of the way. We recently got a new hitch with a higher rise, so we’re hoping that will solve our problem. It’s certainly not a perfect trailer configuration, but it does allow us to fit in the garage which for us was a must

Doesn't change the feel or get slippery. Takes a few hours to dry completely but really no change.
