Lot 19 Becomes the Rowan Public Library is the segment about the little piece of land referred to as Lot 19 on the first maps of Salisbury, NC, and how that plat passed through the hands of some of Sailsbury's most important citizens, eventually becoming the site the Rowan Public Library sits on today.
