Tina Turner was 61 years of age here, and it was the year 2000. She aged extremely well, not just vocally but physical beauty as well. Most acts are not this stunning and energetic at 61.
The fact she sounded that good and danced that well at that older age. Man Tina was just a bad woman. One of the best to ever do it. Tina also had the absolute best legs ever in the game.
My grandmother took me to that tour in Kansas City and I was 12 years old. I knew about her biopic and I wanted to see the real Tina in concert and she took me. I was hooked! Top tier performer honestly. Standard! Saw her again in 2008 on her very last tour. This one was supposed to be her last in 2000. Queen 👑🤌🏾❤️🔥
Regarding her Tours, she still is the biggest solo artist concert drawer of all time, even after so many years in retirement. Each tour would sell around 3.5 to 4 million tickets. She's also still holding the record for the biggest paying audience with her Rio 88' concert as part of the Break Every Rule World Tour where she drew 188,000 fans to the Maracana Stadium for one single show.
@@nahuelma97 yep it’s true! Only did 2 tours in the 00’s and her record still has yet to be broken even with the magnitude of Beyoncé and Rihanna. That’s highly impressive
I saw this tour in Montreal. She can work a crowd like nobody else. Saw her three times total and hers are way up there with the greatest concerts I ever saw!
90,000 capacity and that mug is packed... She's 60 or 61 here I believe and Tina's concerts always sold out to the very end and here's a prime example why, first off, she sounds AMAZING live, second, her performances, they were always high energy and top tier and she loved her fans dearly and was a performer and entertainer through and through and loved doing it.. truly, when you attended a Tina Turner concert, you got a Tina Turner experience ❤❤ great reaction. Fly High Tina.. #theoriginalproudmary
That was her 4th farewell tour, the one before the real final in 2008-2009 when she turned 70. In all of them she was among the most grossing ones, of course. All of them were epic. The opening song of the "Live in Amsterdam" tour is a must-see.
yesterday I unexpectedly discover sth unbelievable, which make me replay nonstop feeling "OMG an ICON is born" I hope u see this cmt 🥺😢❤️ and take it time to enjoy it Proud Mary - by Evvie McKinney

@@ossamaalmaskin9720 not true. She likes wine 🍷😉. But she never took drugs
@@ossamaalmaskin9720she did in face love her wine, in later years after Ike. She didn’t abuse it though
