I think one of the issues this year is making AR the focal point. Jonathan Taylor is the best offensive player on the team as it stands today. We should ground and pound first. AR can pass off of the defenses defending the run. AR is not Andrew Luck. He's an athlete who has very little experience. If we can't be a dominant running team, it's over Johnny. It's over.
Balance with a rookie qb is difficult, you got to give him confidence and don’t put it on his back immediately. It looks like Matt Lafluer would have a good game plan to get his qb rolling and not put too much on his young qb I would hope we would do the some but it doesn’t appear to be the case.
@KentSterling Everyone says he doesn't have a lot of experience and he is not ready yet. Obviously, he decided he was ready for the NFL once he decided to enter the NFL draft last year. He could have gone back to Florida for another year (like a lot of those young QBs are doing now-Quinn Ewers as an example), but he chose to go to the pros, and the Colts chose to select him with the fourth pick, so he needs to be held accountable. Being a great athlete doesn't translate to being a great NFL QB.

You can fix the colts by firing Ballard and Bradley the head coach play calling makes no sense you don't take JT out in crunch time when you been to win to give reps to another player
I think AR will definitely be ok, i wasn't able to watch the game against the packers but i was listening to the game & it seemed like he was trying to focus on staying in the pocket & passing & plus hes started & finished both games so far & his stats was a little misleading imo

Kent, Watching the Colts/ GB matchup highlights slowmo. The Colts ENTIRE defense manhandled. This entire defense as a whole is looking mediocre at best. Looking like varsity squad in green playing the jv squad in white. Skill sets and quality of play definitely look like an entire rookie rooster - even for those with several years in the league. Gonna be a looooong season. If they loose to the Bears - it will surely be bad bad news. If they have a losing season it will be Ballards last season at Indy.
