The Butterfly Effect, it's an older movie with a sort of similar premise. Closest thing I can think of. Edit: The writing of memories is what reminded me of it except in the movie it was old photos or home movies. Can't remember exactly, haven't watched that movie in a long time.

Definitely, on both counts. For me, i was quite intrigued at that first story. I really liked how all these events both started and ended with Jack. Had he not done even one task, the whole chain would fall apart. It makes you wonder what would have happened if he lived those boing 85 years.

In a sense, I can almost relate to the Don't Let Them In story. My mom was and still is an avid alcoholic and for years she'd become belligerent psycho whenever she drank. There wasn't a dull moment when she didn't scream at my dad, my big sister, and me whenever she was intoxicated. But ever since she and my dad got divorced, things have somewhat gotten better. However, neither my dad nor my nor I have any idea where she is other than that she's possibly staying with a friend. I can only hope and pray that she's okay and that she gets the proper help that she needs
Honestly mate, your content was always getting better, slowly, but better, and this video is proof of that. Amazing editing, great quality, the stories were told in a way that makes them legitimately spooky. If you see this Matthew, keep it up, and don't be afraid to do longer videos, there's a lot of people, myself included, that like the lengthy videos. ❤️💚

Honestly, the thing that stopped me from ending my life was the thought of how it would affect the people who rely on me. I'm glad to see that portrayed in a story. There are people who love you, no matter how few it feels, there's always someone.
So about the distorted warning signals in the last video. I have theory, what if the caller is the father of the lady who died when the lady was very young, say the father was protective while alive. And since he died he lives on as warning calls to protect his daughter. Just a theory.
Man that last story always hits me so hard. I listened to it read by one of the creepy pasta you tubers (or on the creepy podcast, or nosleep podcast) that literally broke me the first time. A lot of personal things boiled over. It’s really a beautiful story.
