Awesome to hear some stories about you and your brother. I don't get to work out with my brothers often, but I always love it when i do get the chance. You're both savages. That sumo deadlift was moving fast. A lot of people hate on sumo, but i find it harder than conventional. I bet if i worked at sumo my conventinal would go up as well.
Great job on the pull-ups. One thing i have observed watching you and @nomotheufo is you sprinters are built different, the explosive power is off the charts. I always find the power very impressive.

Good morning Sean! And Ty for listening! Those sibling rivalries are something special. I’m a fan of variation as you can tell 😂 especially from huge to short range of motion, all just different tools . MO’s strength and athletics is absurd! I was surprised my deadlift moved at all, I was trying not to push it because I was happy to have weight on a bar again! Your lifts are very inspiring as well I’m excited to see you rebuild those pull-ups, increase dips, big rows, and how those box squats transfer! Not to mention that deadlift volume, 1 set was good for me 😂

@spencergraziano6840 Yeah, your big bro is a beast. It's awesome to have that hero to aspire to be as we grow up. I've surpassed my big bro on all my lifts now, but I was chasing him my whole life, he's the one that got me into lifting. He's still an inspiration, he works 7 days a week and still gets his workouts in every week. Now, the one I'm chasing is my little brother on pull-ups.
Next spring after I go for my 1100 lb total I'm going to massively reduce my Bench Volume. At that point I'll start chasing heavy weighted dips. I'll be looking to get it up over 200 lbs in 2025.
I've never seen anyone do weighted dips + band resistance, I'm curious to give that a try. That lockout would be insane.

@@nihalbhamrah4726 let me preface to say I’m not a physical therapist and have no idea what your specific issue might be. Generally when I have an issue like that I try to decrease immediate inflammation. Also find pain free entry points into exercises you can do that DON’T repeat the pain. Lastly for MY specific issue of my left pelvis being shifted forward I use exercises such as “PRI left adductor pullback” which help to rotate MY hip back into the correct position. Again I’m not a PT and don’t know your specific issue but this is my advice 😌. Hope you feel better !
