Had Nissan developed a production K11 Micra 1.3/1.4 Turbo, what would be considered a reliable power output for such a car? Am assuming the 1.3/1.4 was already capable of being reliably uprated to around 100 hp, so would hazard a guess and say around 110-140/150 hp (though the Micra forums seem to be divided on the subject)?
I see. Assume Nissan would have played it safe for a FWD Micra K11 Turbo, with a 4WD version (akin to the one used in the WK11 Nissan March Box Estate) just about reaching the reliable limit. Such sporty Micra K11 variants would have certainly changed people's perceptions about the car.
There would be a good aftermarket support if they got a turbo version of the K11, but Nissan wanted a cheap and reliable little car that would run forever instead of a sports car, even the sportier versions have the same power output 🤷
In spite of Nissan's own intentions for the K11, it would nevertheless have been a sight seeing a Micra Turbo or even a 4WD Micra GTi-R (slotting below the Pulsar GTi-R). The former being an alternative to the Peugeot 106 GTi / Citroen Saxo VTS and the latter being an alternative to the Fiat Punto GT Turbo and Toyota Starlet GT Turbo / Glanza.

O escape Janspeed que te comprei à uns anos finalmente ficou estragado, as uniões do Y dos colectores ganharam folga e têm umas fugas gigantes, mas ainda vou arranjá-los. Grande abraço.

People seem to get 150-160bhp reliable power output. I have around 180bhp with no issues on a 1.3 with just a thicker metal headgasket.

Do you need another carb for this of just using the factory carb?
It has SR20DET injectors and MAF, stock throttle body, also using NIStune.

Stock one, with a flange welded to it.

Bought it from directly from NIStune in Australia, but you can get it from a NIStune dealer. Cheers
