i say good that tikas movie is canned. its not that i hate tika or his movies. both his MCU outings are ones i think are some of the best. im just happy his movie is done cause lucas film keeps biting off more than they could chew and announce 5 projects at a time like apple at a products announcement
I’m excited for the Rey movie! I never minded her character, so I’m excited to see what they do with this continued story of hers. As for Taika’s movie, I have gotten to a point with this franchise where I don’t get my hopes up until we’re just a few short months away from release -Tommy
Ahsoka episode episode 6 was great, loved every-thing about it, Thrawn's introduction was incredible and chilling, he was menacing and competent just as he's always been in the novels (both canon and Legends) and Rebels, The Mothers were so cool and I loved their connection to the Fates in Greek Mythology, Baylon is super interesting and I can't wait to see what happens with him, also Ezra's return was great. As for episode 7 I just finished watching it, I won't spoil any-thing as its only been out a few hours but damn did I love it. Glad to hear the Rey film is still on and set to shoot soon as while I know a lot of people didn't like Rey nor the Sequels over time they've really grown on me and I'm super excited to see what they have in store for us and to get more of Rey and maybe some other Sequel characters (Finn especially), plus Daisy Ridley is a very good actress and she seems to really love not only the franchise but also the character of Rey so I'm glad to see her get another shot at it As for Taika's film, I'm conflicted on this, on the one hand I'm kinda glad its not getting made because while I enjoy and like pretty much all of his films, I don't feel his style would work for Star Wars unless he wants to do some-thing like a film based around pirates or some-thing as then it could work but even then I feel his style wouldn't work all that well. However he did also work on Mandalorian season 1 and his episode he directed was very good so Idk. I also think it would've been really interesting to see what he does and how he handles it but for the most part I'm pretty glad it might not be happening. As long as James Mangolds film, The Rey Movie and Dave Filoni's film all get made then I'm happy.
You're definitely younger than 15 and not read star wars legends. The sequels are literal dogshit in comparison. Ashoka TV series is God awful and has way too many plot holes, basically a plot hole for every 2 mins or screen time, the acting is also God awful. If you actually like it, you have no idea what acting and cinematography is.

@@justthereed5593 one should not accept failure . you should not encourage incompetence and dull writing . the entire sequel trilogy was a giant cluster..ck . on top of that this is not the first great franchise disney destroyed . i dont understand why they dont let it rest and try to make a good movie from an old republic era or a movie way past events of sequel trilogy with brand new characters .
@@justthereed5593 TFA is not a good movie by any stretch of imagination - it is just a mindless ANH rip off with no interesting characters on top of that . and TLJ is an abomination comparable to TROS levels of stupidity , bad writing and assassination of good old characters . so i really don´t know to which good movies are you refering to . so no "just accepting" a terrible product is not what "sane adults" should do - on the contrary we should be criticising it so they realize this is not what anyone wanted and they should do better next time . but disney never learns and they continue to produce one terrible star wars show after another .

Taika made the season 1 finale of mando, one of the highlights of the series.
