so, i know i'm replying to the channel, but i'm just kinda throwing this out there hopin for anybody watching to comment on my question, not expecting this to be read by you or answered, but here we go.
so, a few sessions back when we teamed up with tiengo,he was described as 6'2-6'4(i think.) and then in another section there was a person described as being 6'8"(i think) and monty said about borkys height, so,borkys taller than tiengo(6'2/6'3/6'4?) at 6'8"?
The last thing they have to do to fix Lys' mask: Go back and pay Borky's bar tab from episode 1.

I love how Brorc was basically mad at Greckles over Solly because he didn't know what the phrase "pound of flesh" meant.
I know I’m literally three years late but: there’s also the fact that if Brorc didn’t act like a child when he found Solly’s helm in Task’s possession and decide to incarcerate them all, they A: wouldn’t have been lying as they technically were planning on bringing Solly to Brorc anyway and all he did was delay that from happening and B: the entire situation with the solar eclipse happened because the team was late getting back to the tavern by a few minutes. If Brorc HADN’T jailed them, they could have avoided the entire scenario. The Stilhavity eclipse was Brorc’s fault and he’s the one angry with them. My guy, you’re an aasimar paladin who is captain of the guard in one of the highest posts in the city, get over yourself and stop acting like a child.

I'm so glad Task made an apology to Solly, that was something that nagged at me and I'm so glad they could mend that.

From what I'm understanding from this D&D, the main themes of this season's arc are reformation and bonds. The 1st season's theme was dark pasts and overcoming corruption and temptation, but at a cost. The mask of LYS, in my opinion, symbolizes the broken bonds the crew had because of the sun nazis and Stillhavity. The more they reform and bond with those who lost so much due to their past and/or the events of season 1, the more the mask reforms. I feel like eventually LYS will come back to life once the crew finds what Greckles need to face to reform in a way.
Erric Chanthavong Wanna say it has to do with Brorc, specifically how he denies being in the wrong and put the blame on him. Similar to how he did/does with Borky near the series start. Brorc has done nothing wrong, but the group, Greckles in particular, make him out as a fucking pariah.
Db14, that would be my guess too. The bridge between Brorc and Greckles is smashed to kindling and really seems like the biggest task to deal with.
Greckles and Borky were civil/nice with each other? ... That was nice. I liked that.
It won't last, I'm betting within the next few weeks greckles will nat 1 and dart borky in the balls.

I get that greckles can be a bit too critical and straight edge sometimes, but he's a good person and DOES Enjoy fun. And when the sutuation doesn't require seriousness, Borky is fun. I'm glad they're getting along.
Mark Allen plus I think Greckles is like the TFS Vegeta who actually cares. He’s frustrated with Borky because he’s like an annoying brother. Like he genuinely cares about the big oaf... but is frustrated

We got some resolution with Brorc and Solly (a little sooner than I expected, no less!), and another crack repaired on Best God Lys, as well as some additional friend points scored with Hassrad (all it took was nearly freezing to death this time). Bath house expansion looks to be a good addition for Winter, but I'm not sure how much the party will be hanging out there come Spring.
On the unraveled side of things, mysterious sleep deprivation/restlessness illness affecting both Vel and Helga...who are a couple of the toughest characters in the Tavern, so that's worrying to me. Also got the disappearance of Log (not very surprising, but still problematic), word of unruly Orks to the far North, Paraton's Sun Nazis still snooping about, a town actively under siege by the Dragon Cultists and their Red Dragon (who may or may not be linked to the recently deceased Arkgenos), and the ever-lurking nightmare demi-god Stillhavity--beaten back but not defeated. There's also the lingering threat of the Fire Giants, who are apparently either becoming more clever or else getting outside assistance, as evidenced by their new tactics (armoring monsters and sending them in for tactical night raids on Alivast's military encampment). Add to that the threat on the Silver King what with the Lost Prince and the promises of "Those near the Throne shall be crowned"...which to me sounds like a plot to possess those close to the Silver King with Crowned Devils, but we'll see how literally Monty planned on making it go. On that note, there's at least one invisible demon lawyer running loose in Alivast as well.

Honestly, I'm surprised Grekles's retort to Broric's comment about "dropping her like a pound of flesh" wasn't something to the effect of "You threatened me and mine to have her brought to you 'or else' after the thugs YOU let into the city tried to kill us, so I don't wanna hear ANY moral grandstanding about that whole situation." cuz that's what came to mine for me the moment he made said remark.
My response would be similar, yeah let’s trust the SOLAR NAZIS and not the group of people that is trying to protect a scared girl.
@@jackmack4181 Then clearly you both didnt pay ANY attention in the past episodes, Brorc didnt had any SAY OR CHOICE when it came to the sun nazis. And anyone who just took a moment to think about it would have come to the conclusion that Brorc would have actually HIDDEN sully or given her Sanctuary if he had gotten her. Of course he couldnt openly SAY THAT course, again, he could not openly oppose the sun nazis that were alout to roam the city by THE COUNCIL. And they only let them in course...guess what?..opposing them could have let to a WAR with thousands of victims. a minor fact that the group also did like to forget when they always accused others(like Brorc) of "not doing anything."

Soulless72 I probably would have liked it better if it didn't start with Task acting waaaay ooc. Him telling off Brorc, who is an official and up until then someone he saw of rank, when not even an hour earlier was smack talking Olem for insubordination. Other than that, yeah, Task apologizing felt right... But that start, just sticks out so hard.
I don't know that felt in character him being "outrank" said in his usual aggressive, yet polite way.
It just shows how far they've come, Task did become a tiny dragon man after all

But overall great episode seeing it live was a trip, the shop scene went so much better than i hoped. Also im starting to think while brorc prbly likes solly, I think the council are tryin to set him up with solly.
Sleptrock1, yeah the possible Brorc/Solly setup has been on my mind alot. Given how much we have been hearing on his romantic life or lack thereof, it seems like there is more there. And hey, maybe patching things up with the boys will help them both ease up.

They aren't being jerks, they've explained to log thoroughly and they he can't get his mind around it, but it takes time and money to build a fucking Temple. It's not an instantaneous thing.
I really, REALLY hope and pray that Solly doesn't end up with Brorc. With Willow+Panic and Borky+Lily both dead, Greckles+Solly is pretty much the only ship left in this series that is worth caring about. I swear if Greckles loses Solly to that do nothing dud Brorc, or worse, if Gaijin just stands back and lets the bozo make off with the girl like Snake did with Willow, I am going to rampage!!!

if orcs are diffrent based from where they come from, does it mean that a orc from the under dark is a dark color and a orc from the ocean would be blue?
Ole Jakob Bjønnum, that sounds awesome. Sea Orcs are blue, Cave Orcs are black/purple, Mountain Orcs are grey, Snow Orcs are white, etc. Oh! Would Desert Orcs be yellow?
It always bothers me very much how all the underdark creatures are dark skin, because that's not how melanin works. They should be pale-skinned, and the ones on top side should be of darker skin. That's just going along with the whole black skin = evil thing going on but I shouldn't be surprised anymore. And was originated by Tolkien and all those people who weren't exactly open-minded when it comes to race. Mattafact Tolkien was pretty fucking racist. So not surprised.
@@AmazingAutist Or, as with the other types of orcs, it could be camouflage. And What does Tolkien have to do with Drow, since that's the only deep dwelling humanoid with black skin i have to assume you mean them. Duregar, (underdark dwarves) ARE actually kinda pale purple and Deep Gnomes have a stone grey skin tone. Mind Flayers are Squid faced people. Before you assume racism, take a look at the prior info you have. Or don't, and just be another voice for me to ignore.
Borky isn't very aware of his surroundings, and that makes it easy to sneak up on him, it looks like.

The npcs I believe are ThatArtJack and the PC portraits are StarExcorcist. Star played Rhyivi during her two appearances.

As much of an ass greckles can be I kinda imagine him as a big brother of the group. Task is the dad, panic is the either the mom or flamboyant uncle and borky is the son they all adopted

I second that comment, Scarbles is very high up on my list of favorite NPCs...
Some of those things Sully spoke of were pretty damn ominous...it would be crazy if there were an Orun clergy/kingdom invasion arc in the midst of all the other crazy things that are going on with the Eltmer dragon cultists and their disturbing allegiance with demons.
It has been known this would be a thing for a while. Brorc even stated during the Lys arc they were preparing for that eventuality, but needed to handle thr fire giant problem first, so they were being "civil"... And that the gang kind of fucked that sideways for them. Like a bust that went bad because the newbie tried to arrest the dealer in front of the building.

For almost 50 episodes Monty tries to kill Borky, in less than an hour with snow he almost kills himself and Greckles. 😂

Also, falls..."running" still makes it before someone can say "bye" try not to rules lawyer but awkward Greckles and Brorc is almost as cringe as Greckles' and Task's general yet constant hypocrisy. Love everything else though guys and can't wait to catch up after a while of being unable to watch.

ParadiseofDarkness A lot of people use it. I've played a 5th edition game on there before. It's not great but it's an acceptable alternative to playing Local
I use it simply to prepare maps without physical materials and for my friends who don't own die. Perhaps find a group to play regularly with?
I've played a few session on roll20, but they were cut short due to irl problems on the dm's side.

I tried to find images of task in pajamas and I didn't see a single image of it I want to see task in pajamas.
Why was Hammergnar helping Adrick? Doesn't he have politician things to do? ... No, of course not. Just dump all the important stuff on Brorc's desk and make fun of him afterwards. Just like everyone else.
Hammergnar has said that he goes around town to help the dwarves build things. It's one of his duties.
Also there are hundreds of council members other than Brorc.

Hammergnar likes to keep in good faith with his celestial parent, and keep a good rapport with the dwarves, and his helping with the various projects around the city are improving the city...I'd like to think the rest of the Council appreciates his circumstances.
Age, hundreds? I am pretty sure sitting Council members were maybe a half dozen. I mean there are guardsmen, officials and such I am sure, but to my knowledge, the Council is Ailia, Balfor, Brorc, Hammergnar, and Abacus.
