Blackhorse Road - Least Used Victoria Line Station

It's time to get round the Underground again, and pay a visit to the Least Used station on each line, to see what's there. And we'll do it in reverse order (ending with the lowest used) which means first up is the Victoria Line, where it's Blackhorse Road.
Note: The Waterloo & City Line won't be done, as it's only two stations and it's figures are ridiculously high, because the stations are Waterloo and Bank.
There's scope though to do 'Least Used...' on the Overground, DLR and Trams. (We'll save the Cable Car for April's fools day again)
